I've been bringing my dogs here for years and I've tolerated a lot of disrespect from Matthew but the recent treatment had me shaking. He not only spoke over me and interrupted me while I was answering HIS questions about my dog but he treated me with a condescending manner and tone during my entire visit. He also pushed me out the door without giving me any instructions on how to administer my dogs medication so I was left to Google and wing it, which didn't feel great after the recent loss of my other dog. If you want a nice vet who really cares about your pets, go elsewhere. This guy could use some lessons on kindness, communication, and respectful listening.

If you want your pets to live, do not come here. This doctor is the WORST. My dog has been having issues this past year. When I would bring her in for a visit, the doctor would cut me off in mid sentence and not listen to my observations/concerns. He wouldn't even take a look at the video I have of my dog, showing him the issue. I just figured he was in a hurry, and trusted him. Most recently, I made an appointment for a full blood panel to get some answers. After waiting for a week to get in, a day before the appt, I get a phone call and am asked to reschedule for the next week because the doctor spontaneously decided to go on vacation. When I said I couldn't, the receptionist asked if we could come in right then. When we went, the doctor was extremely rude, and in a rush. He did the blood panel and a check up, but shooed us out the door with out any post care information or advice. I called the next day to have the diagnostics emailed to me, and I was informed that he DID NOT do a thyroid test on her and that "HE WILL DO IT IN JANUARY when she gets her teeth cleaned". ummmm EXCUSE ME???? You mean to tell me that you charged me for services that I didn't get? The receptionist confirmed. When I asked what they were going to do to fix it, she said the doctor will send me a check. Those blood panel tests are not cheap. After waiting for over a month, I finally received a TWENTY DOLLAR check. Why didn't they just do the Thyroid test? It doesn't make sense to me. Why didn't they tell me the day of? Its so shady! I went to get a second opinion and it turns out that my dog had ASPIRATION PNEUMONIA for some time and it could've turned septic!!!! I literally maxed out a credit card getting xrays and antibiotics for her due to his lack of care. I can't imagine how many pets have died because of his recklessness. Do not take your pets here. The only good thing about this place was Lindsay. She was very attentive and did all she could to make this better. I hope she gets another job far away from that place. She deserves better. Just like out pets.

We've gone here in the past but don't think we will return. I tried to call and was hung up on. Called back thinking it was in error. My call was answered..I explained why I was calling and waz told a vet is not on-site today but she will check the schedule. Ok..I was placed on eternal hold. My call was disconnected. Tried to call back three times!! The phone rang rang rang..it answered and then disconnected..what kind of vet thst is open doesn't have a vet on site!

You can walk in with a diagnosis and suggestion for treatment and leave with nothing but a bill. Save your time and money.

I think the plan they offer cuts costs but I don't know if they recoup those somehow by doing extractions when dogs get their teeth cleaned. The dr looked at my dog and said "he might need at least one extraction and our pet plan will be the best way to go so you can more services and free visits for the year." I decided to pay for the plan...around 500-600.00 total. When my dog went in, they charged me 300.00 extra for TEN extractions. Nobody said TEN extractions when I went in. Also, the last time I used this plan they called me to get approval before doing that. That cost me an additional 300ish. So I have spent nearly 1000 so far. I'm not too crazy about the fact that my dog is missing 10 teeth now as well. That's the only issue I've had. Otherwise everything is fine.

My 10 week old pup had a bump on his back and I called around to a couple places and they were the quickest to be able to get him in. They were very gentle with him and very informative about what was wrong and what could be done in the future to prevent/ keep an eye on it.

We've been taking our Pomeranians to this vet for over 20 years. The vet is decent, but I'm disappointed that they don't stay open for the hours listed online. They should correct their hours to closing around 4-4:30 pm.

Great place. Very friendly people who were really sweet to my boy. The Doctor is a Cornell grad, which gave me some confidence in his diagnosis. For what you get the prices are very reasonable. I felt very comfortable here and in good hands. My dog is my world, so a good vet is really important.

Best, best, best place! I was able to schedule a quick appointment for my sick pet in no time, very knowledgeable vet, not overly expensive, and great care for my animal. They even gave me a discount. I will be coming back with my pets again.

My experience with Pet stop was great! My dog received the best care for his surgery at a price that was almost half of what other vets were going to charge. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful , and responsive. I would highly recommend Pet Stop!

I hate leaving bad reviews and I wanted this place to be good as it's super close to my house. Unfortunately, my first and only visit left me thoroughly disappointed. The vet tech/assistant was friendly and caring but the vet was cold, short and unfriendly. I scheduled a routine psychical for my dog and the day of it felt like no one was aware we were coming nor prepared for the intrusion. (Called 6 times and repetitively knocked at both the back and front entrances trying to find a staff member) The visit was $65 base which isn't too bad but the other charges were questionable. The dr asked me if I wanted to sample a medicine they have and then proceeded to charge me $27 for an antibacterial you can buy on Chewy for $4.29 (literally, I know price gouging and mark ups are essential for small business but the exact same brand/size he gave me goes for $4.29 on chewy!!!!!) Also, they charged $35 for micro chipping which isn't bad until you discover you need to pay an additional $20 minimum to activate/register the chip with the company they use- AVID (And they might just forget to tell you that part) In addition, they were going charge me $25 for trimming my dogs nails but they didn't actually trim them. Then they offered to "credit my account" for a future visit... don't think I'll be back.

I had problems with this vet even before my mother just told me she paid for getting a chip put in for her dog and found out the hard way that they did no such thing. Thankfully she was able to find her dog but had she lost him, I would have blamed them. I'm sure the vet techs are great but the doctor seems cold and heartless and in it for money. He even misdiagnosed my dog once with his assumption that pure breeds are inherently flawed. Go to another vet, there are plenty. I have a hard time believing people have had good experiences here.

I appreciate these guys so much. They were willing to help with my friends diabetic cat. They are truly compassionate and committed to our four footed babies.
