The employee working this day was extremely rude, unkind and racially selective.
When I came in he told me in a very rude way that he would be a moment, to which I replied that it was fine. As I waited, I looked around and he very ill-mannered way told me that I could not go in a certain section, which is fine, he was just incredibly demeaning. By this point I had waited 20+ minutes and asked if there was by chance another person who could help me. He nastily said no and that I had to wait. Well, not too long after a Caucasian man walked in and this employee sprung up to help him.

I got in and the staff left me there waiting, didnt even say they'd be with me soon or something, I was the only customer in the store, I waited 10mins and then I left. They obviously didnt want my business.

They told me they would have my phone done today and I would receive a call as soon as they were done. I never received a call so I looked on the website and closing time says 7 PM on a Saturday I showed up at 6:30 doors are locked. I can’t get my phone.

These guys fixed my phone at a great rate and did it so quickly. Jacob fixed my phone, and when I had an issue Nephi and Tom worked hard to fix it for me. Nels was great and I love supporting his shop. Thanks for the help, will be back if I have any more cell issues

I always used Batteries Plus exclusively for my fleet and shop. I bought a Duracell battery for my daily driver in August and had consistent issues with it not holding a charge. Eventually the car wouldn't start so I threw the battery onto a trickle charger for several days and it wouldn't charge above 9 volts. I bought this battery specifically because it carried a 3 year warranty so I brought it back. The customer service rep had a stack of info cards that quickly stated they won't warranty a battery that is under 10 volts and handed me one claiming that there was nothing they could do. He was nice enough to call his manager who echoed the sentiment.
I have spent thousands with Batteries Plus and they looked for the easiest way to save a buck under their "warranty". I got less than one year out of the battery and they couldn't stand behind it. If you are a business or fleet owner, look elsewhere.

Don’t go there! Not professional! Took phone in for a new screen, they replaced it with a non matching white screen (my phone is black), they broke the physical Home Screen button and told me it was okay because I could get by without it by putting a Home Screen button on my screen to use (which is super inconvenient). The guy that did the work said that’s never happened before and they would either give me ten dollars off or put my old screen back on for $40. .. then another guy came over and said “actually we’re not allowed to give her a discount”. Are you kidding me! I left feeling mistreated and $80 poorer for an even more broken phone… now with a white screen… I use the phone a lot and now I’m always reminded of the terrible service.

Went in Saturday and no one was in the store except three workers. I bought a battery that needed charged overnight and when I showed up the next morning to pick it up they said it wasn't put on the charger. Wanted me to come back 4-5 later again to get it. Worst part is the Owner, Nils, was the one who helped me out.

I bought $650 worth of motorcycle batteries and one went bad , got told they can’t warranty one because it’s discharged . Uh .. if it’s gone bad it’s not going to hold a charge . Been working on cars and bikes for 40 years now and got treated like I was stupid by a snot nosed punk … worst customer service I’ve ever had at a store I’ve been getting batteries at for 10 years . I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone as they’ve lost me as a long standing customer . Don’t sell batteries with full 2 year warranty’s if you’re not going to honor them … what a joke .

I bought a battery for my truck here because I read on some forums that they sell what used to be northstar batteries. They were very knowledgeable about how to take care of batteries, what not to do with batteries, and other useful tips. The gentleman I talked to this morning was very pleasant and made me feel good about spending my money here. I would definitely recommend this place for your batteries and bulb needs.

yall gotta update your hours. Says open til 7 on Saturday. just got here and says yall close at 5. what a waste of gas.
