Got stuck while driving a bus up Big Cottonwood Canyon, called multiple companies and no one was willing to drive up to help us out. A UDOT plow stopped and gave me the number to Bailout and I got Jason on the phone. He said he could be there right away. It was dusk when I called, and once the sun set the temperature plummeted to 0 degrees. Regardless, Jason showed up and immediately got to work. Laying out flares, mitigating traffic, and getting us out. He is now going to be the preferred tow company for my company. They were professional and efficient. Would 100% recommend.

these guys are a rip off company that do illegally impounds and extortes people out of money on a threat of towing and impounding your vehicle. they did that to us and we reported them to udot and we got back our money. so, if you have and question or complaints about this company you should call udot at 801-965-4000 and remember to take video audio and still pics of them their truck and faces if you can.

They are SCAMMERS ❗️❗️Don’t give them business ❌ . They are towing semi truck from locations were warehouse don’t even call them to tow. They hostage the truck & driver and demand for money. $400-800 dollars for drop off fee. They are doing pure scam to innocent truck drivers. So folks beware of these guy’s ??

THIS COMPANY IS STEALING. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS. THEY STEAL AND REFUSED TO TALK TO ANYONE. THEY HOOK UP TO TRUCKS WHILE ON WITH DRIVERS IN THE TRUCK AND DARE TO CHARGE TO REMOVE IT. THE OWNER IS A THIEF!

These guys are incredibly responsive and arrived earlier than expected when in a pinch! Trying to get a tow up LCC is NOT easy, especially a flatbed in the summer. I called on a busy monday morning and these guys, while very busy, dispatched me a truck that was here two hours later so I could get the dead car to the dealer by the service appointment time… after 3 other tow companies couldn’t help or cancelled. Brad is an awesome driver who is very kind — I will definitely call Bailout when I need them again (though I hope it’s an ‘if’ not ‘when.’)Service: Car towing

I was driving down the highway when my fuel pump decided to go out on me and left me in a bad situation. I found bailout toe and transportation on the web. The dispatch and drivers were super friendly and very quick to respond to my bad situation and getting me off the road and to a shop. I definitely give this company at five star review for the quick response and friendly service of the staff.

Jason and the Bailout towing team are phenomenal to work with and offer very competitive prices. My challenger broke down in an inconvenient location so I immediately contacted Jason. After asking questions regarding my location, model of car, etc. Jason proceeded by ensuring that I was in a safe location while I awaited a tow truck to arrive. Wait time was very reasonable and the tow truck driver Greg was very professional and clearly communicated throughout the entire process. Avoid those guys. Get a quote on paper with signature. They are crazy, crazy, crazy. Do not use, highly advise. I am looking for all their costumer to sue them. Promise it will be interesting.

We have filed a formal complaint, after receiving direction from the local state trucking association, with the UDOT Motor CarrierCompliance Division -Towing Company complaints office for what we perceive to be the violations of Utah Revised Statutes and thistower acting outside of the scope of authority.We are also having our in-house counsel review this matter for further legal action, due to the likelihood of this being a predatorytow -as the towed from location has indicated they did not call nor request that the trailer of our driver be towed from their propertylocation.

How thankful I am after getting stuck in the snow today (2/22) your tow driver got out of my truck and hopped in my car and got me unstuck and going. I stayed behind him the whole way on Mountain View corridor until we reached a plowed area! I am so thankful for his kindness in helping me and also knowing he was right there if anything happened. I will definitely use this service if I am ever in need

Have a 1 year old and 1 month old in the car with me. We got stuck on the side of the road because the roads were not plowed or maintained and they tried to charge us almost $1,000 to come pull us out. They said it would be 4 hours before coming to help us. We prayed and another company came and rescued us and got us out of the ditch. Bail out needs to take a lesson from the locals to be a little more understanding and kind hearted when people are in distress.

Jason and his team are the quickest and most reliable service team I have ever called on. Friendly, quick, safe and more than reasonable. Highly recommend!!!
