Today I had a great experience at Backflow Prevention Supply and highly recommend this store. Sean provided excellent customer service, going above and beyond by cleaning my parts, fixing the warped plate, and assembling everything without me even asking. He treated my issue like it was his own.
When I called back with another question after leaving, Sean was busy with another customer, but another gentleman quickly communicated with Sean to get my question answered. This level of care is rare and much appreciated. Overall, my experience was outstanding, and I am pleased to say the assembly worked and the problem is fixed. Highly recommend their excellent service and knowledgeable staff.

Great place for parts needed for your backflow preventer. The older gentleman seemed really knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend shopping from here if you need quality parts.

These guys were great! I had a frozen backflow preventer for my sprinkler and they helped me replace the single broken plastic piece rather than replacing the entire >$400 piece.

I am just a homeowner with just enough knowledge to get myself into trouble. I went in the 1st time with just one part of the backflow preventer that I thought was the problem. Sean really could have upsold me on whatever he thought would help fix my problem, but he advised me to be more thorough, and told me what to look for. I ended up going back home disconnecting the backflow, and brought in the whole thing. Even though he was clearly understaffed and being pulled in multiple directions, he took the time to disassemble the backflow, educate me on what is what, sold me the parts I needed, with the instructions of do's and don'ts of getting it back together. Sure enough, I got home, followed his advice, and got it working again. It wasn't on my bucket list to get this familiar with backflow preventers, but I am glad I did. Now I don't have any more excuses for delaying my sprinkler fixes : ) Thanks Sean! You saved a guy who was in over his head.
