Came in to get info on my check engine light. I mentioned having a time constraint to get the repair done as I was traveling needed to leave the state the next morning. Paul was very honest with me about part pricing and the nature of the repair - it would be cheaper for me at home and didn’t need to be done immediately. Ultimately I didn’t get any service done here for those reasons, but I wanted to recommend this business due to Paul’s honesty and transparency — a shady business could have easily taken advantage of me due to my lack of knowledge and the pressure of my time constraint. Kudos to Paul!!

My favorite place to go to get my car addressed. He is honest and will never push me to spend money. He focuses on my needs and gives me the best deals while doing the work in a timely manner! He is so honest that if he knows he doesnt have what you need, he will recommend great places to go to next

I think I'll write two reviews in order to give Automobile Solutions 10 stars! I had been shopping for a very good condition Honda Element for two months. KSL ads had 32 listed in the Salt Lake area. I printed out 8 car ads to check out. Never got past the first one. I spent 45 minutes inside and underneath the Element before even test driving it. Every employee was fantastic including Keena, the shop dog. One comment from Paul stuck with me. He said, "I sell cars, not problems." I got a fabulous car, Automobile Solutions has a great owner and crew, I'm very pleased with the entire experience. Thanks Automobile Solutions & Crew!

Paul has helped fix my very old Kia Rio so many times. He has done an excellent job and, whenever an issue recurs, he will immediately tell me to bring the car back so he can take another look at it. Very thankful for his service!

I have gone to Automotive Solutions for going on 10 years now. Paul has always been incredibly fair to me. In 2017 I purchased a 2003 Subaru Outback LL Bean from Automotive Solutions. I was hesitant because it was a salvaged title and had close to 200,000 miles on it, but my wife really wanted the vehicle. We've since had kids and bought another vehicle through them and now I drive the 2003 Subaru. It is now 2023 and the Subaru has 230,000 miles is still going strong with minimal repairs. Part of me keeps hoping it breaks down because I want something newer, but it's been an incredible investment! I definitely recommend their services.

we bought a car from them in February. five months and thousands of dollars of repairs later we find out the engine is completely blown and would need to be completely replaced, which would cost more than we paid for the car in the first place. do not trust.

This review is long overdue, but Ray fixed my car here over a year ago in September 2021 and it was a kindness that has not left my mind. I was traveling very far from home with my car overheating continuously, Ray squeezed me in and had my car fixed the same day. Problem with the temperature gauge was diagnosed, thermometer was replaced, and he sent me home with extra coolant, as well as cleaned the outside of my car a bit and showed me a few ways to monitor everything to make sure it doesn’t overheat again. Permanently fixed the problem and I made it home safe. VERY good prices, and amazing service. Thank you so much.

I won’t be buying from them again I regret it so much I bought a 2008 Infiniti G35Sx a couple months back and after having it for a month the car broke down completely they had also told me they had checked everything and it was in good condition I could’ve almost lost my entire engine because it was almost about to fall out and my brake pads were worn out completely also my shocks and struts were also leaking and in the front of the car the wiring was all zip tied together it was a rebuilt and I paid almost 9000 after everything plus an additional 2000 for the not even all of the repairs it’s needs.
