Know how to use tools to fix a car. new parts isn't really fixing it - is it? There are times when only new is the only option, but why is it always the first one? I think it's so because actual fixing something involves understanding what does it mean working properly or what is really broken. this guy will give you number of his supplier if he thinks it's something you can do yourself.
