Janel at Jerry Seiner Collision.
I arrived with my truck and Janel, being the
amicable, efficient and customer oriented professional
that she is, had the paperwork ready with
a detailed explanation of the repair process. During
the following three weeks or so, Janel kept me up to
date on the progress of repairs while coordinating with my insurance company. Repairs completed sooner than expected
and done in an expert and "completely satisfactory manner".
I cannot say enough about the service and quality of workmanship I experienced. Five Stars!

“Never have been to your place. I’m new here from Southern California. So I was looking forward to checking out the shop this weekend, drove out 45 minutes on back roads from the avenues in Salt Lake. Was planning on it and was really looking forward to it. On Google it was Green “Open” said was open till 5pm ended up showing up finally, was a few mins after 3 and to find out that it was closed. Even the hours on the store says it’s open till five. I ended up calling the shop while I was in the parking lot and on a recorded message said because it’s Saturday we close at three. I really wish you guys would update to let people know what time you close on Saturdays.”

I was just some guy calling out of the blue, but Tom and Bill sat on the phone with me for an hour. I didn't end up buying that one, but ironically awhile later they had a customer selling theirs, which I ended up buying. These guys do amazing work and are very reasonably priced. As you might expect when dealing with experts in their field, it can be hard to get an appointment -- but it's well worth the wait.”
