Chase our appliance technician has been so wonderful! He has been very patient and informative with the process of trying to figure out what’s wrong with our refrigerator ice maker. It’s taken several trips because appliance problems are not always easy to solve. He’s come with parts at the ready and told us to reach out when we need something, which we have! Thank you Chase!

About a month ago we had a technician come fix a problem with our fridge. It was under warranty so everything was covered and they assured us they back their work for 90 days. Almost immediately after fixing the main problem the ice stopped working. A problem with which we have had no issues with before the original fix.
Since that "fix" our warranty expired, so when we called to let them know the ice stopped working and the original problem returned they told us we would have to pay.
I asked them about their 90 day guarantee on work and they informed me since the warranty was up they couldn't back the guarantee because there would be no one to pay them. When I told them the original problem had returned as well they said they couldn't verify that because the technician didn't leave detailed notes. But we can't control the notes their technician left. It's pretty unfortunate that they won't adhere to their 90 day guarantee. Would not recommend.

Refrigerator was making a loud obnoxious noise when plugged in and struggleing to stay cool. The technician came out promptly on a same day call. He was super cool and genuinely seemed happy to be there. He had excellent communication when explaining my problem and was able to make the repair with haste so I could still make my meeting. I will definitely return for any future repairs I need.
Update: Washing machine at my mother in laws went out. Home warranty company sent a company that repaired a locking mechanism. Then said it needed a laundry list of things done still. His conclusion with the home warrenty was ultimately it needed replaced in whole.
I wanted a second opinion and had Paul's technician Eliseo come out. Im super glad I did, within seconds of knowing the machine he was able to diagnose one of the problems. He ran it and diagnosed the second problem within minutes. He then had it running within the hour. Certainly will be my first call anytime I have an appliance problem.

In September, I found Appliance Service by Paul when looking at Bosch's list of recommended repair folks for my Bosch Dishwasher. In addition, when I asked my colleague network for recommendations this was the name that came up the most frequently. I was glad to pay for this service and cancel the crappy experience I was having with Lowe's and my covered warranty, and the shoddy company they sent to me with my warranty.
I'm re-sharing the update I gave my colleagues about my Appliance Service by Paul experience, which was very positive:
Appliance Service by Paul called this morning and asked if they could come two hours early (um, yes!!!) and I consider the $160 that I spent totally worth it, over trying to get the repair done "free" through my Lowe's warranty.
Good things about Appliance Repair by Paul:
- Competent receptionist ran through a list of questions like part number before scheduling me. I felt like they were going to come prepared to fix my Bosch.
- They called to let me know they were coming today and checked if it would be okay to come early.
- Even though they were pretty sure they knew what was wrong, they ran blue dye through our system to make sure.
- They brought a ton of equipment and came in a van that also had a bunch of credentials list on the outside, including BBB approved and Get Gephart approved. The guy told me they had just re-stocked on Bosch parts, too.
- They fixed my issue quickly. The guy told me they were not commissioned by the hour so they were motivated to not stall and just fix the dang thing. There were a few minor issues (not really from the Bosch but because of probably a minor mistake in the installation).
- They have a 90-day repair warranty if we see further issues.

Eli the technician is a keeper! He is responsive, personable, honest, and charismatic! He is every employers dream. First thing he did walking through my door was remove his shoes- so respectful! He stands out among all other service technicians in my opinion and I will always use Paul’s appliance repair services as a result and will recommend them to friends and family! Cassandra was also super helpful with dispatch and communication. You have certainly figured out what matters to customers! Great work!

Prompt, competent, friendly service. Jared accurately and quickly diagnosed the problem and my older Maytag electric oven was fixed promptly. He arrived well within the time frame specified for the appointment and efficiently completed the repair.
The office staff, including Nicole and Drew, were helpful to get the appointment scheduled and to answer my questions.
Appliance Service by Paul is my go-to solution for all appliance matters. It is clear the employees - at every level - value their clients/customers. I highly recommend this company.

Always very courteous, always clean up and never leave a mess. Courteous includes office staff. Call to get appointment the are very courteous and friendly. Depending on time you call pretty much determines the appointment day. I have NEVER had to wait more than 1 day

Chase came out for a no-ice warranty repair and he was so thorough and walked us through other settings to ensure these expensive fridges survive as long as possible. He was amazing, came prepared with parts so there was no waiting for parts after a diagnosis. Highly recommend this company. Thank you Chase!
