Will recommend!! Michael provided an overall fantastic customer service experience. I first called to check the part's availability and spoke to him on the phone. He helped me find my model part and let me know the part was in stock. Upon arriving at their store, Michael again greeted me promptly. He quickly got me the part and compared it to the old one. Upon noticing that the connector was slightly different on the new model, Michael didn't hesitate to call the manufacturer for a fix. He even asked a regular customer, assumingly a repair man, his opinion. While the manufacturer was little help, Michael provided me with his solution and let me know about other potential issues. Plus, I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes. Appliance Parts Company and Michael, thank you for your fantastic customer service.

Long story short , I went to get a dryer belt for my dryer , the one I ordered from Amazon was short. Went to appliance parts to see if they had a longer one I can possibly get, the counter guy said they have a few but it doesn’t give the length . I ask can he just get a few belts out to see if one that might work and he said he can’t do that . That it, he just keep looking at his computer and eating his doughnut smh . No help what so ever.

Holy Smokes - Amazing! I called and the gentleman was fast and new his stuff! I was looking for parts to an old wall oven that is obsolete and he correctly diagnosed it over the phone! Even though the parts are obsolete he had great suggestions. He was humble and spoke in terms anyone could understand. This is who I am coming back to!

These guys are always so helpful. In the last year I’ve had my dryer, washer, and fridge breakdown. I give these guys a call and they always have the part I need. Today they went the extra mile and tested my c-frame motor as I wasn’t 100% sure it was the issue. We were able to verify it was in fact the issue and now my fridge is running as it should. 10/10 recommend!

These guys are amazing. Workers are always so nice and good to work with. Fun store. Always love it there. They have saved me tons of money in labor and service over the years by being able to get the parts myself.

I have been going to this business for several years. They have always been able to supply me with the parts I need at a reasonable price. I recently needed a new heating unit for my dryer. I had checked the part myself prior to bringing it in and believed the part was defective and needing replacement. It was very reassuring when I brought it into their store that they also tested the part and attached fuse. They also determined that the fuse was fine and I only needed the heating element. I very much appreciated their expertise and the short amount of time it took them to test my old part. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing appliance parts.

Very good experience. The parts man that helped me was able to find the part I needed quickly. He also sold me the less expensive part even though a pricier option was available. It was a good experience and I will go back. I would minus one half star because it took a little while for them to answer the phone. Then, while I was trying to give account information I got hung up on for some reason. I still highly recommend.
