Approaching the property manager felt as all the other times, I was just expecting the same result. Explaining to Mrs. Alehi, only to be stopped. She recognized me, and understood the struggles I had endured, not only from life but in that moment. She didn’t just throw my situation away. She helped me find away. She worked to help me keep my place. I could lose any thing tomorrow, but what I will always take with me is that chance that was given to me. From the right people. I enjoy the location to downtown, we are in Gateway distance and great food.”

“We've really enjoyed our time here over the past 3 years. Maintenance has been prompt with any issue that has arisen, Thyson has been great, we have had very few issues with packages arriving & no issues with neighbours or loudness. The best features are the in-unit laundry & central air. My only complaint would be I wish the unit didn't have carpet & it had a full sized fridge (it's dorm sized so we can't stock much). It's been a pretty seamless living experience here, wish they had bigger units available so those of us who need to size up over time could upgrade.”

“My experience at this apartment building is vastly better than any other place I’ve been at. The location is amazing and so is the view. I’ve lived here for over a year and I could count on one hand the number of times I’ve heard my neighbors. Management responds pretty quickly to maintenance issues and the property is reasonably well maintained.
I think not being poor would enable you to perceive that rent is also very reasonable.
Anything less than a 4/5 for this place is probably due to entitled people thinking that it’s possible to get your deposit back from any apartment complex. Doesn’t matter where you go. That never happens bro…
My only criticism would be to put the call box back in and finish the drywall job in the hall on the 5th floor❤️”

The building is huge so I did expect to be another familiar face — but that’s been far from the case. Laura has asked questions, followed up, and been present throughout my first few weeks here. I don’t feel disconnected from the management team at all.Reading through old reviews, you couldn’t be faulted for wondering if this place is basically falling apart. So far, I haven’t witnessed anything even close to the most negative comments. Amenities and hallways are clean, and neighbors are respectful and quiet.Basically - it’s a great spot if you want to be downtown, and the building seems to have come a very long day from its initial hiccups.”

Salt Lake City“I have mixed emotions about my home. I love my apartment .I am sad due to wanting to remain in my sweet home. They let me dig up dirt and plant flowers and ground cover .There is a fun garden too which I wanted . So try as they might people that smoke will disregard rules . I am so conflicted as my home is so easy , well located ,and bright and spacious the duck pond was so beautiful.I think they are in the process of cleaning it so the fountain can shoot up . I pray that the Covid ends soon so we have access to the laundromat. My desire is to possibly move to another side where there is not such a large area designated for smoking. I have a compromised immune system and must reconcile that my health decides for me as much as I do not like it. The size of the 1 bedroom is perfect and so is the price. I provide care for some of our residents on the other side and it is a pleasant area , they love it . I have not known what to do but management has tried their best to resolve the issues .”

Every time I put in a maintenance request its ALWAYS taken care of within a couple days, my last place had me waiting weeks. Also, lots of these reviews are pretty misleading, or old. The one about ladies in the office is weird, there's only two guys in the office! There's another about locks in the apartment that are able to be opened, isn't that the point? So my kids can't lock me out of their room? There's a couple saying that the location isn't the best, but you're renting in downtown slc and at least this place has electric locks on the doors! I need a keyfob and an app to get anywhere in the building! My last place down the street was basically open to the public and there were always homeless people in the halls. That doesn't happen here. It's super safe. I can't recommend this place enough, just call into the office and you'll see what I mean!”

The gym and pool are clean and just updated as have been the exterior of the buildings.
I like that the apartments aren't just boxes like most new apartments. Mine hasn't been renovated with wood flooring or newer appliances, but I don't mind. They gave me a great deal on it and I actually missed carpeting in the bedroom in my house. It is also bigger than most of the newer 1-bedrooms out there.”
