I have never had a more unprofessional and rude agent in my life. Heather Hill was awful to work with. She would ask questions about things that were none of her business. Will never go through American National Insurance again.

Working with the Brinkman Agency is like a breath of fresh air. You wish your lungs were bigger so that you could take it all in. Ongoing training is done. When you have a concern, they will go to bat for you and have your back. They are supportive and loyal. Of course, there is the fun side to working with them as well. I'm glad to be part of the team.

I've been working with Bozena since she started with American National Insurance Company. She is great to work with!! She is always ready and willing to help with anything that I need. She gets results! She encourages me when I need it and gives direction and support! And the really awesome thing about Bozena, she is always accessible! Any time I’ve had a question or a concern I can call and get answers immediately, if for whatever reason they can’t get me the answers then I ALWAYS have a call or email shortly after with all the info I need and then some! Absolutely love Bozena and her staff!
