Jeff has always been professional with me. If he was rude to a customer II imagine it was an isolated event on a bad day which we all have. One time a new version of our label was printed without an undercoat and they didn't look good. They reprinted my labels at no charge. Grateful to have a local label printer in town with their capability.

The Good: Have been working with american label for several years. Great labels, great price.
The bad: Had an issue with Jeff Rodeback, who informed me that my labels would be late the 10th of nov via email. the date that they were due.He said I could have a partial of my order that was on a different stock. I said fine, and I would pick them up and could either pay for them all, or asked if they could put me on credit. The order was late because of American labels inventory issue.
THE UGLY:Jeff was rude and said he couldn't accommodate either of these requests, due to a policy. When I brought up the fact that separating my order was his fault because he didn't have the stock and that it would be simple to accommodate me he cut me off, accused me of having a "hissy fit" and told me his excuse for the late order was not his fault because "stuff happens". And continued to use inflammatory and berating language, and told me to find another printer. I already have established credit with the fisher group. It would have been easily resolved had he had any communication skills whatsoever.
Final Thoughts: If you have a small order don't bother, these guys don't care about you. Go elsewhere.

Company is versatile on many fronts, with quality printers, materials, and products! Highly recommend!!
