This is one of the worst customer service. You go there almost every other week for the same service and for once I didn't have an actual ID card and they don't seem to recognize the person that goes there every week or every other week. Their customer service is ridiculously slow. They don't seem to have any time sense. It's the same at Cottonwood branch and South Salt Lake branch. I'm guessing its the same at other branches too.

A stuck up bank with bad attitudes. You can go years before they suddenly surprise you with being difficult for NO Apparent Reason!Good rates if you can get them, use them then Discard them like trash!

Don't let the few negative reviews tarnish this INCREDIBLE banks reputation.these one stars are circumstantial and more often than not, user/ iD.10T error.. If you are in utah this is THE bank. 15 second hold time... never have had an issue not resolved above and beyond expectation. Everyone runs into bank issues. period.this bank handles them immediately.dropped most all other banks other than Amex for the same reason

Pack a lunch if you have to go to this branch they are the slowest bank I have ever been too. They are all really friendly and knowledgeable so if you have the time it's a enjoyable experience.

We have a loan through them for a Toy Hauler bought in March 2022. It is now almost July and we have not been able to license it because they don't seem to care to send the title to Wy to be licensed. If you have to call them it takes hours to be able to speak to anyone. this is a horrible place to get a loan.

Not sure why the bad ratings. I went in the branch today to open a new checking account with my husband and everyone was very efficient. Even came in on a Friday and was seen rather quickly

If you have to call them it takes hours to be able to speak to anyone. this is a horrible place to get a loan.

I will be switching branches because the old man working at the bank spends not only 30+ minutes working on what I need, but he also never asks the bill types I need. Today, when I came to the bank, not only did I literally spend 30 minutes waiting at the bank, but he also gave me the wrong amount and I asked him for the right amount and he said the bank was limited. I went inside and the workers inside happily gave me the right amount that I needed. He works awful.

I've been with America First Credit Union since I was 18, I'm now 35. I closed my account back in January 2021... and they have mailed me advertisements and statements for the last 7 months!!!!!! I've talked to several people confirming my account was closed. How's it possible for a closed account to be left open by the credit union for 7 months!!!! I had a debit and credit go through an account that's been closed for 7 months!
