Elias was super helpful. I had gotten my card stolen and he helped me file disputes to get my money back. Even after the credit card companies didn’t give me the money back he called and fixed everything for me. Always super helpful and what one person may not know someone else will. Really friendly, knowledgeable staff members.

I have done almost all of my banking at America First for over thirty years now and I can say with absolute honesty that they have done nothing except go down hill. Had one issue in the nineties and it was solved immediately but nowadays it's like pulling teeth...especially when it's an issue that a credit union employee created. They used to be a five star operation but now they have lost their way!

This place sucks. It took 3 people 30 minutes to figure out how I can make a payment on an old account. THEN I find out they did it wrong and I got charged a fee. I spent another 30 minutes on the phone only for them to tell me they can’t do anything about it and it’s my fault for not knowing I was going to get charged a fee. wth? I HATE AFCU. I haven’t had an account here for years. They are so fake and greedy and I want absolutely nothing to do with them. Stop taking my money and wasting my time.

wish i could give this "financial institution" zero stars. closing all accounts because for 60 days now i cannot access my accounts on desktop and their supervisors are telling me to work off my iPhone. I'll take my 825 score and dollars elsewhere.

Had to wait 20 minutes to speak to an incompetent loan officer. Took less time to have my problem resolved by calling the main office. She didnt even know what i was speaking of and instead of asking someone for help just insulted me instead. Luckily not everyone at the credit union is so incompetent.

Worst branch America First has. Their rules don’t line up with other branches in the company and they make rules up as they go. Don’t go to this branch. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra few minutes and go to the next closest one.

It's like they noticed USAA was popular for their good customer service and purpose built the most god-awful banking service and app around decent customer service. No other back I've worked with has problems getting money out of my wallet and into theirs, but the way America First is set up you'd think they want you to keep your money! Confusing transfer/bill paying naming, godawful UX, transfers being different than a bill pay although the pay now button on a loan initiates a transfer.

I have banked with this credit Union for nearly 20 years. I have nothing bad to say! They are always kind, professional and most of all capable. If they have a location near you sign up, you'll be happy you did!!
