I found out the hard way that your money is not safe at America First Credit Union. My child's account was hacked by a known hacker. Using simple and standard hacking techniques they transferred all of his money from his savings account to his checking account and then withdrew the money. The fact that this happened using such simple techniques tells me that either AFCU doesn't have a fraud prevention department or if they do they are incompetent. Any other bank would have caught this with ease. On top of this they chose not to refund my child's money because it took place over a period of time and WE should have noticed it. I hate to break it to you AFCU, but people put their money in banks because we expect you to keep it safe from simple hackers. Now I have to tell my child that someone stole his money, America First Credit Union let it happen, and he has to pay the price.

Waited for over 25 minutes with a long line. Literally one teller open and the manager wouldn’t come help even though one person was holding up the line. She legitimately went and shut her door and didn’t even address the situation or apologize to the customers. Worst costumer service, she should be let go.

I initially walked into the grocery store, because I needed to deposit some cash at my bank... I walked around the grocery store, trying to find the atm, but it actually is outside. The ATM did not like my $20 bills, and I had to insert them one by one. It took a little while, but it worked out in the end. Definitely one of the older built AFCU locations, but still not a bad place

Theu have always been great, helpful, and professional. They have helped me with notary sercirs, certified checks, etc. I love this branch. Not so fond of phone service ....it is terrible! Not at this branch, but the 800 customer service number you are supposed to call. Usually it is 2 hour wait. But this branch always answers immediately and is GREAT!!!! I have banked here for 15 years and the bad reviews are lies. Austin was especially helpful getting us new debit cards. VERY professional. Ignore those bad reviews from 5 years ago.!!!

Dan's has been my go to market since I was a child. In fact my first job with a paycheck was bagging groceries at Dan's. They have a decent selection and they've always had a super friendly staff. No surprise but the pandemic has impacted inventory but they do their best to keep customers fully stocked or point you in the right direction to get what you need. Was great to see the self checkout installed. Convenient, safe, clean, and kind staff... what more could you ask for?

I have had nothing but good experiences with America first credit Union in general and this particular branch in particular. They not only are pleasant when they greet me, they looked me in the eye, and try to accomplish the task I ask. When the need was not straightforward they made useful suggestions and we accomplished my goal which wouldn't have happened if they hadn't volunteered alternatives. I use them whenever I can.

Dans is our go-to grocery store and I'm there 1-3 times a week. The employees are really nice, they almost always have everything I need. The store is dated but I don't care that much. I could go to Smiths on 8th and 9th but that store is filthy and laid out so oddly that I can't ever find what I want. Dans on Foothill is a very good neighborhood grocery store.

Now is a good time to finish my reviews that I had started, but didn't get a chance to finish. (I came here a few weeks before the "stay at home" directive took effect) This store has been here for eons and it shows. Inside the store is well worn and shows it's age. When I shopped here, just right before the virus, the isles were overflowing with food and merchandise. I wasn't a big fan of their produce. 1.It didn't look fresh and 2. There wasn't much of a variety. Actually the area that the produce is in, is quite small. The fish in the fish section of the store looked dried out, and really old, that is why I took this picture, and posted it so that you can see if it's to old or dried out for your preference. Prices are higher that other Markets, but there really isn't that many grocery stores in this area, so you pay for convenience.

The poor reviews are not true. They always help and get things done I ask for.

Consistently don't have something that I need and it is hard to find basic items and selection is crappy. Smiths or Harmons please take over Foothill Village!

Definitely old and outdated but it's the closest grocery store to my house so I only come here if I need something last minute. Strangely the prices are kind of high too which I don't like and therefore don't do my full shipping here.
