Extremely poor quality windows. I had 5 of their 280 series vinyl windows installed in early 2020. Three years later all 5 of them were leaking water into the track during heavy rain. I attempted to file a claim on their supposed "lifetime warranty". I received one response a month later and then nothing for two months despite multiple attempts to contact them. They obviously have no intention of honoring their warranty. I had other windows from a different manufacturer installed around the same time and have had no issues with them. Alside offers low quality products and lower quality customer service.Update: they finally got a repair crew out in September after I filed the warranty claim in May. 4-1/2 months to get weep holes re-drilled since they weren't draining correctly. If it had been a catastrophic failure I guess I would have had plywood over my windows all summer. Definitely never buying Alside products again.

Bought 10 windows through a sales company Dabella, Installers did a horrible job. Caulking and vinyl flashing failed within several weeks. Left inch wide gaps for rain and snow to get in. 2.5 years from install and they have yet to complete the sealing of the windows using caulk and their stick on vinyl flashing. 1 screen had a hole in, yet to be fixed. 3 windows have failed so far. Their contracted repair/installer from Intermountain Windows,Cam, was rude and unhelpful, he cancelled on me several times, and went to the wrong address in a different county on one appointment. Andrew Germain,project manager, at Alsides and Cam the installer, argued about the correct way to complete my remodel. Andrew denied Cam the materials, wider sticky vinyl, he needed to complete the sticky tape flashing seal. Also the 2 of them failed to file an appropriate warranty claim for a window replacement, dragging this process out another 8-10 months.Do not do business with this company. The manufacturing is poor. The installers are unprofessional and dont do good work. The sales company, manufacturer and installers all seem to point fingers at one another and leave the customer out in the cold. This company is a scam, and will only take your money. My next step is calling the Better business Bureau or filing litigation.

I brought in a sample to match the size/color/style. No problem, we'll order it in they say. Shows up and they had ordered the wrong size - but it's non-returnable so we can't help you. Now I have a bunch of siding that's the wrong size and they won't make it right.

Terrible service, been waiting over a year for windows, they have scheduled them to be replaced on several occasions only to not show up and not call, or to show up and not have the correct windows, waste of my time

This place was a mess until they got the new manager Shawn. He has improved the place a bunch, and made our trips here faster and safer. I'll keep coming back as long as he's here.

Working with JKR Windows is a joke and you guys supplied to them that means you're a joke also don't buy Windows from this company or JKR Windows all side is a joke they can't get their windows in on time and can't even work with you I'm telling you a decent time

Don’t expect to be able to place an order at 7:30am. I showed up at 7:30 and the doors are locked, walked around back and was told to go through the front door. I told them the front is still locked and they said, oh well that’s where you have to order, you can’t cut through from here. Now I am heading over to Ted Lansing to place my order.

The work environment is awesome, the crew is awesome; this place provides for a workout (Via unloading the freight... unless you don't like to workout). Nice place and great people.

Plenty of room to back up to dock no over nite parking but you can probably park on street about an hour or so to unload
