Very friendly customer service representatives. Very professional. The service guy DJ who set up my oxygen was very knowledgeable and explained the setup in a way that was easy to understand. He went over the safety of properly handling oxygen, the dos and dont’s and everything in between. Very people / patient oriented. Thanks Alpine Home Medical for sending D. J. to help set up my oxygen. Breathing is a good thing. ?

Absolutely terrible customer service! Tried to contact them after new order given to them for CPAP supplies...in August. They never got back to me. Tried to text them...got a response that they needed more information...but they didn't follow up. Again, tried after new sleep study. My doctor faxed them another order. I also decided to physically go there. I had a copy of the order & they took a copy and said they would forward it to the department that does CPAP supplies. I also verified my current insurance which I suspected may have been the reason they previously asked for more info through a text. But since they didn't follow-up or say specifically what they needed, I dont know.
I thought if I physically went there, I could buy the supplies. They said they have changed the way they do business because they can't stock everything in the building. I could buy them if they had them in stock but it would not go through my insurance. For it to go through my insurance, I had to wait for that department to outreach to me...which they never did....after my 3 attempts at outreach.
It's been 3 weeks now since this 3rd attempt....but actually at least a couple of months or more since my first attempt. So I changed companies. The new company said the equipment would be mailed out in a couple days.

Mixed review. Alpine lost my prescription and/or neglected to set up an account.. After a week of being told that the device would be there, their HQ said I wasn’t in their system and had no record of me. Back to Alpine again with my prescription. I was told it would take 7 days to get the device and, when I pressed, was told 3 devices would be there in 3 days (they were). Once the device arrived, everything was great- I got texts, the people were efficient, professional and helpful. So, if you don’t get a text confirming your order, call them to double check.
