The employees gave “mean girls” vibes. They even made a rude comment about me accidentally pulling the door instead of pushing and continued to say “all you have to do is push it”. Love the merchandise here but was less than impressed with the staff.

Salt Lake City has the best employees! Sydney was amazing. She helped me out of my comfort zone and I was trying new amazing clothing!! You will be so pleased if you stop by this store. Great product aa well as phenomenal employees!!

My daughter was shopping for a swimsuit and I suggested Albion. She at first didn’t want to go in because she didn’t think she liked their clothes or swimsuits, but she said she’d take a look. They had really cute swimsuits and she tried on a couple that she loved! They fit well and the employees were friendly and complimentary and provided excellent customer service!

I bought my swim set here last year but this time around… I went into the store, barely acknowledged by the staff, 3 team members on the floor that I could see. I was hoping to have a fun time trying on new stuff, getting suggestions for my body type and dropping my normal $160 but instead I looked around for more than 10 minutes while being ignored and then walked my butt to Nordstroms, found a great beach riot suit that was perfect and cost more than usual.

The staff at this location is fantastic. The suits are cut a little too high waisted for my tastes, but they’re well made.

I tried posting on one of their ads but they deleted...so here's the thing: they charge 8 dollars to return. Not 8 dollars for shipping, but 8 dollars for any item, even if shipped together snd shipped back together, and that's on top of shipping cost!!! Um, nah. That is absurd. So I actually liked a couple things, but I was put off that they charge 8 dollars to try on everything I would not buy from them again. That feels like a scam. I get shipping fees. But be warned...they charge shipping plus an 8 dollar fee to try on each item. I ordered 6 items. I was charged 48 dollars to return PLUS shipping. Do better Albion. Not cool.

I always have an amazing experience at Albion, from my first time at Fashion Place after having a baby and feeling unsure about my new body, to this time with Sydney and Presley being so amazing with entertaining my kid while I looked for another great swimsuit. Sydney gave such great customer service. I will always recommend Albion hands down!

I wish I could remember the exact names of the lovely girls that helped me when I came to visit. I wanna say that one is Abreea???? I can’t remember but wow they were so kind! They gave my kids coloring pages and fruit snacks so I could shop in peace. I visited 2/5/22 if that helps! They were so kind I am beyond grateful that there are kind hearted people around in the world. Thank you!

Super cute clothes but I have short chubby people problems that don't need to be enhanced. A good portion of the clothing has elastic waist bands.
