We ordered a premium SUV, and we didn't get a car but we could choose it from several types (Suburban, Wagoneer and Explorer) and colours. Just amazing! I loved it.
Otherwise everything was easy and smooth, no queues, the car was clean and in perfect technical condition, more than 2000 miles without any problem.

I was on the route to change my return - after long discussions they said everything would work and I would receive confirmation for everything in the next 2 hours... Result I am now on the way and I trust that my reservation has been and must be extended Now they're handing over the car as planned because they didn't do anything on site... Now hanging on the hotline to find a solution... Addendum - Hotline Customer Service was then able to sort out the issue within 5 minutes. .

I did reserved a 4WD vehicle, I was charged for a 4WD vehicle but the gave me a 2 WD assuring me it was 4WD.
Ill never rent from Alamo again

They claimed vehicle received hail damage when I had it, but we never had any hail where I was located. Ended up charging my card for my insurance deductible without my permission and forcing me to file a claim with my insurance company for something that did not occur while I had it. Will definitely be taking pictures before renting in future and will never use thos company again!

Everything was great from pick up to drop off. Reserved car online and did pre check in online. Pick up and drop off were super easy & quick! Car was also nice and clean.

Fast, easy experience with Alamo at SLC airport. Agent was helpful and did not push extra charges for upgrades and insurance.

We arrived after midnight and were able to proceed directly to the car from the terminal without issues. When our return flight was cancelled, they let us extend the return hours, which was a big help in a stressful situation. I was able to arrange everything by Chat and the website as well, which made it easy to do without sitting on the phone. It was a great experience.

Outstanding customer service and I’m saying this even though I used the Skip the Counter option, which I greatly appreciate by the way! Pickup and return is so easy with Alamo!

After a 10h+ flight, we had to pick-up our rental car at the Alamo counter @Salt Lake City airport. Very helpfull at the counter, thorough explanation, the gentleman took the time to help us out and explain everything ... this after our very long flight.
Next the pick-up off the car ... wow... being helped by Tricia gave us an energy boost. So helpfull, enthousiastic lady ... never seen this before. The way she approached us, with so many positive energy, almost selling us the car, unbelievable... and ok, we got an upgrade, but that lady deserves a pay raise!
Don´t try to save on extra's, CDW, RSP,... gives you that extra comfort while driving out there... many thanks ALAMO.
