I took my mother to find a knee scooter and was helped by Dj Ate’. Dj was very helpful. He was very polite, professional & knowledgeable. He found us the perfect knee scooter and showed my mother everything she needed to know about it. We were very happy & satisfied with our experience here at Affinity Home Medical.

I needed a knee replacement and I'd borrowed a walker from my friend, but it needed repair. I called several shops, but I messaged Affinity and a very nice person responded, so I took the walker into them. I went into their shop and was surprised by all the medical equipment they have. The young lady who helped me, Michelle, was just so nice and pleasant! She ended up explaining that it would be more expensive to fix the other walker, so I asked her to show me something else. Michelle showed me a new walker that had what I needed for a cheaper price than fixing the old one, so I bought the new one. There was one on the floor, but it had been used as the show model and she offered to put one together for me, while I waited. Afterwards, she made sure it was the right height for me and I knew how to work it correctly. She then helped me get the old one and the new one to my car. This was not an expensive piece of medical equipment, yet Michelle spent quite a bit of time with me. Not every business will do that! She was pleasant, helpful and concerned that i get the right walker for me. She could have varied to sell me a more expensive one, but she didn't do that either. I just really liked the way I was treated, their inventory, and their prices. Plus, they repair things too. If you need a massage chair, a medical recliner, shower chair, whatever, go in and see their stuff! Ask for Michelle, she will help you for sure. They also have a darling little employee called Cesar. He loafs around all cuddled up on the massage chairs, but he's really cute doing it. He has 4 legs, so don't mind him too much if he can't help you all on his own. He'll get you to smile though. Affinity Home Medical is worth a look see. I promise! Thank you Michelle for taking such good care of me.

I am so impressed with this company, from the moment I called they have been courteous, kind, they know their stuff. I needed a bed within a week. I called I think on Tuesday or Wednesday. But when I told them I needed my bed this week, I kid you not it was delivered in 2 days. DJ set everything up for me. He is the store manager and when they get really busy with a lot of deliveries he steps up and helps. What a great boss. I want to tell DJ thank you so much for your setting up all my stuff. And how fast you was and you was so sweet to me. I love Affinity Home Medical. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Affinity home medical has been really great for all of my medical needs. I needed to rent a wheelchair for my grandpa and they were really accommodating and great to communicate with. Their prices are also really affordable!
