Great place to work.Family owned and operated; CEO visits often and provides good feedback for all employees (not just management).Expect long hours (50+), but guaranteed overtime is great for the extra money.Advance hires welders of all skill levels (no certification required). As long as you show dedication and ability to learn, you will be a good fit with the team.Starting pay range is definitely competitive with the market rate. They even offer a weekly bonus for attendance that pays at a per/hour rate.
