We had an excellent experience at Adib's. Dr. Adib, Amir, and the entire staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgable. They want you to buy the rug that is right for you and your home and are very patient with the process however protracted. They have rugs of all sizes and designs and will help you find one that suits your budget and your taste. They let you try out the rugs in your home, which was super helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Adib's is one of the top 3 retail experiences I've ever had. We bought 3 rugs, and unfortunately, that does it for our current home. Actively plotting a move or to try and buy a second home so that we can buy more! And if you don't need rugs, just go to experience the Theater of Awesomeness that they have created!

I met Dr. Adib in the early 2000's when I took a carpet I had purchased in Turkey for him to critique. His knowledge and experience were obvious. Years later as my husband and I purchased a new home we worked with Adib's Gallery to purchase a living and dining room carpet. The entire experience was lovely - from being able to choose a selection from the store, have them brought to your home to see on site, and have Dr. Adib and his wonderful assistant Holden to advise. We loved the dining room carpet we choose but were more lukewarm on the living room carpet. Several months later we went back to the Gallery and picked out a half-dozen more carpets to try out. Once again we found the perfect one. It makes such a difference to be able to see your carpets in the room you are decorating and to know that Adib's Gallery will work with you until you know you found "the right one".
We have also taken our original carpet in for cleaning and repairs at Adib's and it looks like new.
I think Adib's Gallery prices are very reasonable but it is really the gracious experience you will have working with Dr. Adib and his staff that makes purchasing a carpet from their store such a pleasure.

I highly recommend Adib’s Rugs. I have some modern rugs and I wanted to mix in some traditional rugs. Adib's rugs is a haven for connoisseurs of artistry and craftsmanship. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for from their extensive collection of well crafted, beautiful artistic rugs. In addition the knowledgeable and kind staff helped me navigate the whole process with ease. The rugs I purchased give me joy….just like beautiful artwork always does.

Certainly! The quality of the rug I purchased was outstanding, exactly as shown online. I was referred by a friend in Utah, and I wasn’t sure if it s a good idea shopping long distance, however with the exceptional assistance I received at Adib's Rug Gallery and amazing staff who took the time to show me various options and patiently guided me through the purchase process, everything went so smoothly! We purchased a rug about 3 1/2 months ago, and in the process of moving to a new home realized that it was not the best fit. Emir gave us a full refund and applied it toward a new rug. The entire staff was easy to work with, and always a courteous. They are very knowledgeable. I recommend them highly.

If you are looking for a company with excellent customer service, choose Adib's Rug Gallery. Not only will they help you find the right rug but they stand behind their products and offer excellent follow-up service.I needed a small repair done to the tassel on a rug I purchased. They came to my home to repair it at no charge.Excellent customer service!
