I suppose this is my own fault. If you go by the adage: fool me once shame on you fooled me twice shame on me. I’m a handyman and almost every single time I go to Ace. I’m disappointed. Either I can’t find what I need or they don’t have it. They actually have the transformer for a doorbell I needed but because it was the amazingly high price of $19.99. It was locked and you needed to have an associate come open it for you. I asked for somebody to come over and nobody ever came. I finally walked out and drove to Lowe’s.

Didn't have what I was looking for but they were extremely friendly and said they could order it if I needed. They also gave me a recommendation on where to find what I needed! Amazing customer service.

One of the staff at this ACE location was very rude. He asked my friend and I if we needed help but offered minimal help and made it seem like he just wanted us to leave. CJ, however, was very friendly and patient with us and asked questions to help us find what we were looking for. Cannot recommend CJ enough. Jason at the cash register was also helpful. Thanks CJ and Jason.

This is a great store, with almost everything you need for projects at home. CJ was absolutely amazing today--I had a little repair of a roller bag that required some metric hex bolts, washers, some adhesive, et cetera, and CJ made sure that I got what I needed and even helped me in the store put the bolts in place! Awesome--thanks, CJ, I'll be back!

The staff was really helpful with what I needed to get. The only problem that I had was with wheelchair accessibility my wheelchair had problems getting around the store.

Very clean and well organized location. This was my first time visiting and I thought to myself, “why haven’t I visited this place before?” The location and parking is convenient. The service is great. Everyone was very warm in their welcome and eager to assist. Great vibe that makes me want to come back. I recommend.
