I like the way my countertop looks and they were very efficient with the install. However, the communication was not great. The installers were late, and I was the one that had to call to see where they were at. Scheduled are busy and I like people to be there in the time frame given. I also had to call them, a couple times, to get the install scheduled. More communication please!!!

Our experience with Accent Countertops was great from the time the measurements were made through the installation. We received the exact countertops we wanted, and the installers were here when scheduled and did a thoroughly professional job.
We were definitely impressed and would highly recommend the service to others.

Candice Woodward, Javier Rodriguez, and Joseph Cordero are the three individuals we worked with at Accent Countertops and they are all phenomenal. Candice was very knowledgeable and gave us some great advice and support in getting our countertops ordered, scheduled, and completed.
Javier and Joseph were the installers and such nice, friendly men to have in our home. They were so patient with us as we were very particular about our countertops. They showed a level of professionalism and expertise that we have not encountered in a while. It was a great experience from beginning to end with this company and we are thrilled with our new kitchen and bathroom countertops.

Accent Countertops was so on the ball And I especially would recommend Ludwig Ledesma for their installer. He does Flawless work on seams, tight corners and tight wall spaces. Accent has really good communication, speed but especially patience. With our unique home built in 1872, many things were off plumb and had additional issues that pushed the job out over 18 months on our end after the first half was installed.

Great communication and very kind workers. The seams on our countertops were tricky, but they did a fantastic job. Gave very good instructions on what to do before, during and after the process.
If I could give any feedback, it would be to be warned about the smelly adhesives they used during installation. I have a one year old and it was a really strong in our smell house, and we couldn’t leave until they were finished. Also, they left a few spacers/paper towels visible under the counters but not a huge deal.
Overall, a good experience!

Would never use this company again. They took months to get countertops installed. Scratched most of my new cabinets, and forgot to cut a hole in the sink after specifically being told to cut it. Once they came back to cut the hole they couldn't even cut it in line with the faucet hole.
