Update: They refunded me & I'll be going there often again. Thanks for the prompt refund for the $ eaten by the machine! The machines still didn't take America First Credit Union CC (at least neither of mine) or my review would be 5 stars.
Original review: The car wash machines will not take America First Credit Union credit cards, and today it ate two $5 bills without registering either at all, & without starting the wash. I've been going here for many years and about 6 months ago the machines stopped recognizing my America First credit Union credit cards but another credit card I had worked ok. Not having the other credit card today, I attempted to use cash, only have the machine happily accept my money but not give me credit at all. There's no phone number or email anywhere on the building, any of the machines, or here on the Google listing, & no staff on site. I left a note under the office door and hope to get a refund from this place I've spent hundreds of dollars at over many years. I'll update this review and change my rating accordingly if I do receive a refund.
I like that they have air dryers in each bay, but you need to make sure the air dryer hose is not broken and / or detached before putting your money in the machine. I can't count how many times I forgot to check if the hose was intact, only to find out the air dryer was unusable.

Went there 2 months ago for a wash, washed it for around 10 minutes. I'm very detailed person, so I was trying to clean it very carefully and eventually it came out dirty... They charged around $14. Today 06/21/24 I went only to vacuum and used my credit card, came back home and there's a $10 hold instead of $2 (used it twice, 4 minutes weren't enough). I hope I will be billed $2 at the end, otherwise I will be there everyday until someone refund me.
Update, got charged $2 eventually.

First time using self wash. Awesome
Place. I did a quick was that lasted around 6 minutes and was charged $5.00. I used my credit card and it was super easy to wash my car .

Let's start with saying I'm a avid car washer. I was my car weekly. This is by far the worst car wash I've ever used, no water pressure, no wax, brush didn't lather up, and the "dryer" didn't even blow air. To top it off $3 to start!!! I wouldn't recommend

For everyone complaining about $10 being charged instead of $2-3, it's called a "hold" on your credit card... the same kind of hold when you pump gas and give a hotel your CC for incidentals. And you need to shut the machine off before you leave if your time hasn't expired, so the next person doesn't wash with your session.
