Just came in and saw a sign for deals on Monsters. It said 2 for $4. The only size available of monsters is 16oz. I grab the two flavors right where the sign is. I go to the counter and the clerk charges me full price for both. I asked him about there not being a deal and he said at first that the deal had ended, then he cut himself off and said that I didn’t know what I was talking about because it’s only for the 12 oz flavors. There’s no 12 oz monsters anywhere near there. Cashier is a bigger guy with goatee, glasses. He tried to withhold my bag of items when I questioned him, but I had already paid. He wouldn’t hand them over until I said okay to him. Kinda scammy, definitely not coming back here. Never had this happen before. Really strange.

The main cashier I always see is absolutely horrible!! He doesn't honor posted prices. He is a jerk!! I wouldn't come to this gas station! Go somewhere else. He really is that rude. All the time!!!

I actually avoid coming here. Every employee is either extremely rude of obviously strung out on drugs. The dude with the ponytail and glasses has TERRIBLE customer service skills and is always extremely rude. A new employee I'm assuming is a bigger white male and he is very obviously on drugs, he can barely keep his head up or speak and is just very frustrating.

There is usually a very friendly skinny white guy but today there was a fat white guy who was obviously under the influence and non responsive and very unhingygenic and rude and this is not the first time I've went to this location and had a bad experience. There's also another skinny white man with a ponytail and he was generally rude and accuse me of stealing and when I told him that I brought my beverage in he was very rude and I told him that he can look at the camera footage and he can call the police and I'll stay there because I did nothing wrong. One of the worst 7-Elevens in salt lake City, number two next to the bees stadium 7-Eleven

There was a worker that was rude and said I make everyone’s day harder and when I asked for my receipt he told me to say pls multiple times.He looks old and he has white hair mixed with black

Asked a simple question about an item on sale, he said he didn't know the answer.. long awkward pause..so I asked if he could check, and he said No. Had an attitude from the second he picked up the phone. I guess if you're working at 7/11 it's for a reason.

The guy named Mike is a douchebag. I went and was purchasing cigarettes, he didn't hear me correctly and asked if I was done playing games. This dude needs to get his hearing checked along with his attitude. I said something ride right back and he threatened, I don't have to sell you anything can refuse service, so I turned and called him a lame and walked out. He should be fired. I wouldn't hire this guy he thinks he is above all his customers or is miserable and making the customers pay for it.
