do not use your debit card inside!!! the attendants will steal your card info!!! the plastic rubber covers on the machines have been intentionally ripped off! do not allow the attendants to grab your card! your accounts will be compromised!

A female member of the staff unlocked and opened the bathroom door while I was using the facilities. Gross! Can’t believe 7/11 would hire someone like this.

Bait-and-Switch: they have the candy with 'buy 2 for $xx' signs. But they do not honor it. They charge full price and when pointed out the owner/manager acted put out and told me several times it was 'only $xx' difference in the price. Bad attitude. The owner/manager later said it was a 'system' error. It was not; they knew exactly what was going on.

The girl and man from India are bottom of the barrel people. After buying food they wouldn’t let me sit for 5 minutes out of the way of people as I went into hypothermia from the cold then when I was so weak I almost collapsed I asked them to dial 911 or even the cops to get medical attention and they shooed me off like I was a dog with their noses air.

Even though the customer service is good and I've never been treated rudely (Marriott-Slaterville location), they charge full price, equivalent to buying a Super Big Gulp size beverage, for getting a cup of ice water, whereas the competitor, Maverick, only charges for the cup.

I've known Sam, his wife, and 2 sons for 17 years and I give them much props on how efficiently they run their store given the area. They're from India; which I love that culture, and I have a lot of respect for them. They're fantastic!
