Terrible, just terrible how I watched the owner treat customers. Accusing theft, and after being proven wrong. (Was forced to lift clothing up & flag pockets) Still told the customer to “never return”. You could tell he made all other customers uncomfortable with his behavior.They have products on shelves that are suppose to have been pulled by the producers (PAQUI spicy chip) caused a consumer DEATH. Yet still on the shelves here. Notifications were sent out by the producers.Does not honor Zyn deals. Supposed to receive a free zyn with purchase of a roll.Lastly; a large megaphone outside the building screaming out “you are being recorded for everyone’s safety” leaving the eerie feeling of a Soviet Block hell hole.F this place. First visit; will definitely be the last. There’s a decent 7/11 around the corner that’s much cleaner, more respectful, and honors deals.

Ive lived in the apartments behind this 711 for 5 years now I used to go there sometimes two or three times a day I've spent allot of money there. I am disabled and have a registered six year old service service dog. I was told I wouldn't be served because of my dog I went home and took my dogs service registration over to the manager he said ok fine. Everything was ok (except the homeless asking for money or cigarettes as you go in and as you leave sometimes by the same person) A few months went by and all of the sudden the owner or manager who btw doesn't speak very clear English tells me I won't be served because my dog he says only service dogs allowed? He has served me for years and we got along fine. And I agree with some of the other reviews on here they do only serve who they choose and I believe it to be a racial prejudice issue with him. I have watched how and who he treats badly on a daily basis and I believe 711 corporate should look very closely at this issue it might save them a costly lawsuit. I know I could get an attorney to take my particular argument to court and win. I don't have the patience or time for all that the 711 down the street is much cleaner and the employees are always friendly there on 400 east 200 south I will go there from now on this place does not deserve my daily business and I hope it will show up on their profit margin. Btw many residents here in this neighborhood feel the same about this 711 it should be shut down there are police called there at least twice a week for fights on the property and homeless urinating on the side of the store also everyday you will see a homeless person sitting there with a needle in their arm they don't care who sees them at all the place is out of control.

The worst experience I've ever encountered at a gas station. The employees are crooks using lost in translation,as their way to charge extra on gas. I wanted 10 on pump, then they said ok it's good to go, then the criminal minded didn't even put the 10 on, charging me more. I had to use rest of money (that was for boy's mother's day flowers) on their crime! Terrible people terrible 7 11, one of the worst ever!!!!

A guy that works there kicked me out for dumping my fountain drink out because it was flat he hardly spoke any English at all. According to other customers he's done this before to customers and it's not the first time. He needs to be fired for kicking out customers for doing this. That store has tons of homeless hanging out there daily. I won't be returning to that location ever again if I'm going to be treated that way for a fountain drink.Also according to other reviews there all bad about this location maybe you GUYS SHOULD DO YOUR JOB AND INVESTIGATE THE EMPLOYEES THEY'RE OR BETTER YET CLOSE THEM DOWN AND FIRE THEM ALL....
