It’s best to have an appointment, or you might be waiting a long time to see a doc. They are always so kind, helpful and understanding. The dentists are so super nice. I’m so thankful for their help!

They offer discounted or free services at their convenience. Homeless abuse their services daily. Show up at 8AM, make sure you cut anybody in line, and be prepared to be there hours.

I am trying to help an employee get the help he needs. I have been waiting all day, which is annoying, but learned they offer so many services to the homeless. They have a pharmacy, nurse, Dr, place to get mail, caseworker etc. After 6 hours waiting, I hope it is worth it.

I get my mail delivered here. They will hold my mail for ten days and I think they are much easier and faster to deal with than doing general delivery at the post office. And they only hold it seven days. You don't even have to get permission, they will just hold it for you sight unseen. Bravo, 4th Street! Thanks for all you do to make everyone important.

Love my Doctor she's great. I don't think they should handle the mail. They don't seem to respect that those who use this service want they're mail delivered to them. I've put in several change of address. Tried calling no response the phone just hangs up. Terrible way to treat people. Very disappointed in this.

One of the most compassionate doctors office ive been too. Got to see Dr Goldberg she is kind and listens I noticed her compassion and that stood out to me. I feel like they care about metal health too . I've never been to a hospital that asked about it. The way she did. Anyhow I highly recommend this place. In the future when I have money I would love donate to this place and give them my service! thank you for a caring experience. And being compassionate ppl.

Free service for homeless or low income. Great attention. Love the place. All services provided. Including pharmacy adn even mail reception. If any service is not available they can provide vouchers to get the needed service somewhere else. I highly recommend it

I think one of the dreaded things one faces when they are homeless is accessing and being able to afford going to the doctor, dentist, optomologist and pharmacy services.. the 4th street clinic also offers case management and mental health services. They are generally always busy and there is normally some kind of wait depending on the need. The staff was fantastic and empathetic to customers, there seemed to be a good flow in moving patients through the services the times I've been there. One can expect to be greeted by a member or two of the staff to be given a mask and to be checked in for the services they need being given a numbered sticker.. Proceeding through the doors into the waiting area (that generally pretty full) from that point you'll be checked in at the front desk (there may be a wait), and then to speak with the nurse, from that point youll be directed to the services one has come for.. with the pharmacy on-site and prices on a sliding scale, the wait time was average and comparable to that of other major pharmacies. For Establishment of care one is required to go in and wait for a cancelation to be seen. I've used these services on and off throughout being homeless for nearly 22years.. it's amazing to see the growth and outreach thats accumulated in that time.
