Took 4 days to deliver and was told same day. Then tried to charge me 275 for part quoted at 125. They said the extra 150 was mailing charge for Az. FedEx is only 20. Called and put on hold for 20 minutes untill they hung up. Worst service i have had from anyone this year

The only thing worse than paying too much for a radiator it being forced to do the job twice. The prices are good but I definitely don’t need the practice of replacing them. Luckily my customer was smart enough to not overhead his vehicle and ruin his engine. The piece of trash in question was only 4 months old. It was installed properly and is not damaged. I’m not excited about holding the bag on replacing antifreeze either. Never again.

Great service, attitudes, customer service, amounts and types of parts stocked, accuracy of orders, and willingness to find or order weird parts and delivery times is better than 95% of anyone else I deal with. They are my first call for radiators, A/C parts, and catalytic converters.
