Efficient and friendly staff. My go-to for shipping important packages.

I had to drive an hour to get my package from ups because it wasn't deliverable to my po box. I was treated ultra respectfully by the woman that helped me when I got to the center. She was very helpful and polite and had great customer service skills(I know a thing or two about customer service because I've been in this field myself for over 25 years). I would definitely recommend this service center if I knew anyone who needed advice on one to use.
I would love to recognize the employee who helped me, but I didn't catch her name, unfortunately...

I'm the type of person that usually prefers shipping through UPS rather than USPS. But they've been no help this time. This problem was definitely caused by user error and the responsibility is on the person sending the package, but when entering the unit number, they put in the wrong, and non-existent untit number. You'd probably assume that UPS would take it back to the wearhouse and contact the sender for more information right? NOPE!They'll just mark it as ✨️delivered✨️at a garage. We there is no garage anywhere on my property.Word of advice if you're sending a package to someone please don't put in the wrong until number, but also avoid UPS in Sevier County because they'll just deliver it to some garage some if they don't know where the address is.

Salina UPS is the "Blackhole" of Delivery! Once, twice, thrice; maybe but continued problems exist. Items are continually damaged at this location. We've been waiting for a Christmas package but can't get an answer from anyone! Package went through six locations until "blackhole" says the package is damaged awaiting, waiting, oh yeah, waiting for somebody to inspect the damage. Why can't they deliver the package and we'll decide if it was damaged? They probably have gone through personal items and kept what they wanted. ...just deliver the package. One last thing that others have posted; you can't get an answer other than by "AI" at this location. Good luck with that!

They never answer their phone. They deliver the packages to the wrong address. They take my package with my home address to the post offices.

The Three Stooges would've done a better job delivering the package. The driver, dispatched from this location, was supposed to deliver a time-sensitive and important medical device to my elderly father, at his residential home in Monroe, Utah. Instead, he delivered the package to a freaking cattle yard in Central, Utah, several miles away. He then had the audacity to report to UPS that the package was delivered to the "correct" address.Fortunately, the business owner was diligent enough to track us down and let us know that UPS screwed up.I tried calling UPS and tried accessing their online website, but it was like getting stuck in an endless loop. I finally reached a live person after deliberately entering an incorrect tracking number, and they opened an investigation, which takes 8 days! Did I mention this is time-sensitive and a medical device for a senior citizen?UPS has now placed themselves at the very bottom of the barrel, when it comes to shipping companies. I cannot recommend them anymore, but especially this Utah dispatch center, where their drivers are apparently careless...

Their measly 90-minute window for "Customer Service" each day in person, because you simply can't talk to a real person on the phone, is a revealing testament to their commitment to actual Customer Service. Having claimed they "delivered" my package to to USPS office "front desk" which closes EVERY day 3 hours before their claimed delivery. On top of that, they also claimed to have obtained a "signature" upon their so-called delivery. The sole USPS employee, upon hearing the UPS recording claiming all this, turned to me and asked " Delivered at 3:18? I close everyday at Noon. Who signed for it?" Good question UPS! 48 hours after bringing all this to their attention, not a word from them.

Appreciate that this option exists. But I really wish drivers would slow down. We live in an apartment complex with a tight parking lot, and lots of young children. Drivers fly through here. Way too fast that even if an adult was walking across, they could get hit. Let alone these little ones. I’ve tried to call and report it but trying to actually reach anyone on their system is ridiculous.
