The store it's self never have a problem but finally had time to stop there to finally try the foot long churro and all I can say is this is the first time I will be saying it's the most gross churro ever !

We ordered online at 6:07 and the app said they would be ready at 6:25. My daughter had a game to get to so this was perfect. However, upon arriving at 6:25 we were told that the sandwiches were not even started because they "got busy." We waited until 6:41 until we received our sandwiches and honestly we would have got them sooner if we did not order online. So what is the purpose of ordering online if you cannot provide the customer service to match what you say? Zero urgency by the employees. Last time we trust a Subway as we were late to our daughters game.

Worst BLT I’ve ever had. All it tasted like was bread. New employees at Subway want to skimp on bacon when you order a BLT. This is what I get ordering today using the Subway App. If I’m not in there at the counter watching some of the workers make my sandwich, they will not put the right amount of bacon! Please it’s a BLT, there should be more Bacon learn your job.

These guys are boss af. I couldn’t get their online to work, I couldn’t get a hold of someone at my local Subway. I walked in with a 15 sandwich order and these guys busted balls on it. They were so understanding and so sweet about it. Made the whole experience so easy for me and they don’t even know how appreciative I was they took an order this big on the spot for me. And they were nice enough to help me to my car with it all! I can’t say enough good things about this one!

Since the new management, I've gotten a great sandwich from here every time. They repeat everything back to me, and they are much quicker. I appreciate being able to get a quick, good sandwich.

How does a sandwich go up almost $2 to $3 in a week?? They are ALWAYS rude when I go in it doesn't ever feel welcoming, I called to speak to a manager and they were sooo unprofessional!!! The manager answered the phone like this "hello hello hello this is your friend" then hung up! I caller 4 TIMES and was hung up on every call but tye last one. This place is a joke and unprofessional I'll start driving to the santaquin subway where they're friendly and don't play games!!

The employees were so very nice! There were 4 employees working and 3 of the 4 interacted with us. Clean, nice store too!

You go to Subway for a fresh sandwich made the way that your want it. You don't go there for the atmosphere. But for a fresh sandwich, this is the place.I particularly like the BMT on an Italian herb bun. It is a winner when I'm not in the mood for a burger.

We did an order on the app today (Sunday). App said they were open, and the posted hours on the door said they were open, but when we showed up at 11:30am the doors were locked and all lights off. No one was at the drive-thru either. Then we had to go thru the nightmare of contacting corporate to get our money back as the app charges you before pick-up. If you can't keep your store manned for those hours you need to remove the hours from the app and off your doors.
