The oil techs here are so kind. Willing to explain what your vehicle may need. Not in a hurry to get you in and out and just make a buck. Very informative and gets the job done in a timely manner.

Excellent service and professional care of my vehicle. Inside the waiting room is a WAY better experience than any Jiffy Lube or other chain brand that I have ever been to. Came in for emissions and was on my way in less than 10 minutes.

Always awesome! These guys are friendly, fast, honest and helpful. I'm usually in and out in a flash and their waiting area is comfortable and clean with TV and drinks! They communicate clearly what's happening under the hood and I trust their suggestions to not be unnecessary ripoffs (like I've dealt with elsewhere in the past.) When they said I needed a new air filter, they didn't just tell me, they actually brought it out and showed me. I was most appreciative and am more confident in my commuter car thanks to Oil Rig helping me maintain my vehicle! Thank you! Oh yeah- and their prices are UNBEATABLE! Give them a try! You'll be glad you did!

The paper we got says they checked the transmission fluid. When the car was done we asked how it was and the kid said he didn't know if it was checked. He called someone and they said it hadn't been checked. Yet the paper they gave us says the transmission fluid was fine. We will NEVER go back. One guy was great the two younger kids were lazy and didn't act like they cared.

Took my 2007 Honda Civic in for an oil change. I had called earlier and although they don't take appointments, they told me that typically the least busy time of day is from 5 to 6pm, so that's when I went in. Sure enough, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. My windshield wiper had fallen off, and the guy who helped me took time to look at it and help me figure out what was wrong and what I could do about it. He let me know they could give me a quote to fix it, but also let me know I could probably fairly easily take care of it myself. I would definitely take my car back to Oil Rig.
