“I got sick of my husband devoting an entire Saturday to changing the oil on our cars- so I decided to give this place a try and we've never looked back! I have now been taking our family SUV here for regular oil changes for the last 3+years. I cannot sing their praises enough! We are always very satisfied with their services and especially their communication/organization (I appreciate that they can look my vehicle up in their system and "do whatever they did last time," haha). It's a great vibe and such a relief knowing they wont try to upsell or nickel and dime me- but will honestly express any concerns they find. They're upfront with costs listed, very friendly, professional, and quick! This last time I risked it and dropped in during my short preschool/elementary pickup window and oil was changed, start to finish, in less than 30 minutes, FLAT! And before you ask, yes, they actually changed it, haha! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!”

“Ummm can I just say that this place is FREAKING AMAZING. Any mechanic could have raked me through the coals when my car was completely dead, and had to be towed to a mechanic. Most places would have nickel and dimed me. When Dickerson called the next day and told me my vehicle was fixed and it took them a bit to figure out what was wrong, but once they did it was an "easy fix", I was relieved. But I was still so nervous because an "easy fix" doesn't mean cheap. When I asked what the damage was and was told $200... I about fell off my chair. That's it??!! $200??? Most places charge that just to diagnose and add on their "time" which is a minimum $200.I'm so incredibly grateful. 100% my mechanic for life and will be spreading the word to every person I know!Thank you Dickerson!!”
“I filled out their form online and got a call within a few hours. I scheduled the appointment for a couple of days later. I took my car in Thursday morning and had it back Thursday evening. Paul had originally quoted me $250 to replace my two Temperature Control Sensors. When I picked up the vehicle they told me it took less time to do than they thought and only charged me $150! “I’ve been to Auto Works in Payson off and on over the years but after my last visit I have decided to take both of my cars there for maintenance and repairs. They are always welcoming, get routine maintenance done quickly and they even vacuumed my car and left a bottle of water in my car with a thank you note. Given the lethargic, expensive and unwelcoming environment I have encountered at other shops lately, this was a refreshing change.”
“I liked the online portal where they send the cost break down of parts, labor, taxes, and then their recommendations and you can approve or decline those services if you want those done are not. Communication was good and customer service was great as well. No complaints at all, much better than the dealership experience.”

“I absolutely loved these guys! Two brothers, very respectful. Very thorough even though I was their last car. They are the absolute best. I would love to have these two on my team. Their momma did good! I can't say enough nice things. Its hard to find nice young people with their qualities these days. I'll go back just for that. And they're the only place to get an oil change after 6pm.”

“Amazing service and great pricing. My family broke down while traveling and Shelly tried to get my van fixed after the shop had already closed. She wanted to get us back on the road. Unfortunately, the part wasn’t in stock, so she special ordered it overnight and they worked on my vehicle the very next morning. Shelly went out of her way and did great work. “Because I was traveling through town, I wanted to get back on the road quickly. There were a number of service places along the i-15 but the Jiffy Lube in Springville one had the best rating. It was a fast and efficient oil change, and there were no leaks or drips after the service. There were other cars infront of us, but it was only about 40-minutes. Waiting room was clean, location was convenient...it just all worked out really, really well. So I wanted to add my stars on with the other reviewers. This location really did do a great job.”

“Where most auto shops couldn't take me in without waiting, Jiffy got me right in. I had brake fluid change which takes over an hour, but I was able to go grab some lunch and come back.
