“I got sick of my husband devoting an entire Saturday to changing the oil on our cars- so I decided to give this place a try and we've never looked back! I have now been taking our family SUV here for regular oil changes for the last 3+years. I cannot sing their praises enough! We are always very satisfied with their services and especially their communication/organization (I appreciate that they can look my vehicle up in their system and "do whatever they did last time," haha). It's a great vibe and such a relief knowing they wont try to upsell or nickel and dime me- but will honestly express any concerns they find. They're upfront with costs listed, very friendly, professional, and quick! This last time I risked it and dropped in during my short preschool/elementary pickup window and oil was changed, start to finish, in less than 30 minutes, FLAT! And before you ask, yes, they actually changed it, haha! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!”

The repair was done quickly and efficiently.
As per their request, I brought my car back in a few days and they did a follow up inspection to make sure all was well.

“Super honest! My elderly mother’s check engine oil light came on claiming oil change was needed. Another place had not reset the oil change light correctly.
Oil Changers reset the light for the correct mileage and brought up tire pressures for free.
They could have just done the oil change. But they were honest and upfront. Excellent”

I got my brakes done by another mechanic because they were a lot cheaper(for a reason) and they said my sway bar needed fixed soon, took it into here and they checked it out & nothing needed to be fixed and they didn’t charge me anything!”
“Simon greeted me as soon as I pulled up and helped check me in for an emissions inspection. I made him aware of a problem I was having with my wiper blades. He told me he’d take a look at it. He did the inspection and fixed my wiper blades and didn’t charge me. This is the kind of customer service that you just don’t see now days. 5 star + from me.
The young man who helped me with the payments of service was so kind and patient. Sadly I didn’t get his name (young tall fellow with curly dark hair and glasses). He talked me through each charge patiently and stopping to ask if I had any questions. He walked me to my car and even helped me get my registration sticker off and apply it to the plate.

“I have been coming here for years. It used to be Express Care. I’ve always been so happy with the way we’ve been treated here! I was really worried when they switched owners that it would go down hill but honestly, I still love it. They’re honest and don’t try and upsell me all of the time or tell me my car is breaking down like other places do. I get to bring my kids and stay in my car. “We have had problems with our tire sensors and have visited several mechanics without any success in resolving the issue. I stopped by this tire center just because I happened to be in the area. Drew was super kind and was able to take a look at the car and fix the problem all within an hour. And the bill was less than half of the quotes I had received from every other tire shop. “We got a flat tire driving into town and we didn't have a jack. We caught them as they were closing and asked to borrow a jack. They actually changed our tire for us free of charge. Thank you so much!!!”
“Got an oil change for my wife's VW Bug. The price was fair, but initially the work wasn't all that great. I say that because when we got it home I noticed it was leaking. Normally I'd write that off as just a spill or something, but it leaked for the next two days still so I called them back up and they found that the filter had an issue. They replaced the filter, topped it off, and made sure the leak was done. Robert did this for us so that's why it's a 4 star and not a 1 or 2 :)”
“Where most auto shops couldn't take me in without waiting, Jiffy got me right in. I had brake fluid change which takes over an hour, but I was able to go grab some lunch and come back. If you do the services which they are trained on, you'll get good results. I was pleased with what they did.Service: Brakes”

“I forgot to ask his name but whoever was working on 12/02/23 is awesome! Google said they close at 5 when on Saturdays they actually close at 4. I pulled up right at 4 for an emissions inspection and registration renewal. He said they're closed but it's not a big deal, and he got me taken care of right then and there! Dude is a legend and deserves a raise for going above and beyond when I'm sure he was ready to be done for the day!”
