They were awesome! I ordered and got my dryer the same day. They even took my old dryer so I didn’t have to worry about it. They were super quick installing! They also brought me a treat! Very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend!

I had searched every where up north for an Ottoman, we searched all the big name stores and couldn't find a thing. Then I was told to go to Mel Hanks in Salem, I walked in and they had several Ottomans to choose from. After driving clear up north I ended up finding the one only a few miles from my house. I would highly recommend Mel Hanks & Sons..

We went in and bought a dryer on a Thursday right before closing. They delivered it, hooked it up, and hauled away our old dryer before 10:30 the next day! Amazing service and the people there are so friendly!

Incredible family owned local business. They offer free delivery install and haul away for appliance deliveries and free delivery/setup for new furniture. If customer service is important to you, give this business a chance for your next furniture or appliance purchase!

We love this place. They have very nice merchandise and the staff is always friendly and helpful. We bought a stove and it turned out to have a defective part. They jump right on getting it fix and when that didn't work out they replaced it for us. I grew up in a same town and I believe in supporting local businesses. Check them out
