Told me the bid of 523 then they upped it over $200 when I came to pay for my truck. I don’t think this is ethical. I don’t think it’s right they just should’ve honored the first and only bid. I don’t trust them at all with any of The other bids they gave me. I will definitely NOT go back.

Big thank you so Lucas and his team at Salem Martin’s Collision for repairing pretty much all of my husband’s car. The car had been involved in 3 separate accidents — One where debris from a diesel tire hit the front bumper on the freeway and tore it off, another where someone rear ended him while the car was parked, and then the frame of the car by the gas tank got dented in due to him being forced to merge and he couldn’t get over. All in all, lots of claims to deal with but Martin’s was able to get it all processed for each individual incident and restore his car back to being almost new. Thank you!!

The team at Martins Collision Repair are simply the best, hands down. Their quality of work and customer service is second to none. They recently repaired our Tacoma and are very pleased with the results and keeping us informed through the process. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Martins!

Car went in for a new bumper, but buffed some parts of my paint that had residue from a wing my car use to have just cause they saw it. I really appreciated it this shop is very good

Went and got other estimates to fix my bumper just to re clip on edge was told it was gonna be $220 and week with no car brought it to them took them 2min to fix it and save me $220 really took care of me and everyone made sure you have been help! 100% will go back in the future

Customer service was fantastic! They worked with the insurance company to help get my rental car set up and scheduled to pick me up. They did great work on my car with quick turnaround. Will definitely use Martin’s in Salem again if the need arises!

Highly recommend this company!
When at first I went to pick up my truck, they had missed a couple of manufacture flaws with the bumper and grill which I showed them.
They sent the parts back and reordered.
Once they received the parts they were very swift and professional in having my truck ready to go. The detailing (which was a nice surprise to me) was done in an excellent manner.
The office and work place in the back was very clean and organized. The personnel was a pleasure to work with!

Told us it would be 10 days to 2 weeks. It’s now almost 6 weeks and still no definite date. Nothing but lip service! Very poor customer service. Will not be bringing anymore cars here!

This particular Martin's is fantastic.i was in an accident and couldn't open the driver door so I had to climb over the passenger seat to get in and out. And...the hood sensor was damaged so there was a fast paced warning beep because the sensor thought the hood was open. I went to another location and was told they could schedule my repair 5 weeks out. This is my daily driver. This location not only got me in right away but because of the safety issues with not being able to get in and out of my door, they were able to help me get a rental car while they got my car fixed and returned in under a week or two. A year later, I had an issue with the headlamp assembly and they warrantied their work and have been fantastic to do business with. Thank you!!!

This shop repeatedly lied to me about the "progress" they were making on my damaged truck. I've never had a worse experience with a body shop in my life, and with six kids, I've had plenty. Save yourselves a headache and go somewhere else.

I cannot recommend them more! Martins went above and beyond to make our car look great again. They even detailed it and smoothed out scratches that weren’t part of the collision. And it was finished faster than expected. I will definitely use them again!Services: Painting

They took 4 months to repair my 2023 vehicle and things are still not finished and continue to have missing parts. And this my insurance shop. Very disappointed.
