“I was soo impressed recently when i went to the Ace Hardware store in Payson with a Stihl chainsaw that wouldnt start!
As I walked in the door, I met TJ who immediatley walked over and helped me! I was almost shocked that I received such quick, friendly, service!!! He took my chain saw and instead of checking it in for future service, he and I went into the back room and he worked on it for about 20-30 minutes! He cleaned it up and had it running and adjusted for me. You can't find service like this very often. It was soo refreshing and I appreciate TJ for his kindness! He made my day!!”

They didn't have the valve we needed, but they explained what we could do to remedy our problem. Their advice was very helpful and it was clear that they are extremely knowledgeable about plumbing.”

I built my own door, but the no show hardware was the key to getting right up to the ceiling with minimal gap. If I ever build or hang a barn door again, they will be my first call.”
“I had an extra ordinarily good experience here they were able to cut and program the keys I purchased online for my Kia Optima The programming was a little complicated for them but they cut three emergency keys and programmed the smart key for $25 which is $15 off their usual price. I have no idea why they were willing to work that hard for that but I thought I would leave a review since their service was so over the top, above and beyond what could be expected”

“Incredible service!! I needed a new car key made and my key was a bit weird but they kept trying and were able to make a copy that worked. I was super impressed with the level of commitment and detail orientedness of the employees. They could have just told me my key was messed up and too bad for me but they worked with it and came up with a solution. They were super chill and nice about it. Also the price was great! Only $3.99 for a basic car key with no chip. I was just super impressed with their problem solving abilities and superior customer service!”
