“These guys are a great local community contributor, they donate food to a local food pantry, and I also like that they give there employees Sunday off showing the community that family time matters.Prices can be of issue but it not bad... Just price check is all I'm sayin.”

“I was soo impressed recently when i went to the Ace Hardware store in Payson with a Stihl chainsaw that wouldnt start!
As I walked in the door, I met TJ who immediatley walked over and helped me! I was almost shocked that I received such quick, friendly, service!!! He took my chain saw and instead of checking it in for future service, he and I went into the back room and he worked on it for about 20-30 minutes! He cleaned it up and had it running and adjusted for me. You can't find service like this very often. It was soo refreshing and I appreciate TJ for his kindness! He made my day!!”

They didn't have the valve we needed, but they explained what we could do to remedy our problem. Their advice was very helpful and it was clear that they are extremely knowledgeable about plumbing.”

“Incredible service!! I needed a new car key made and my key was a bit weird but they kept trying and were able to make a copy that worked. I was super impressed with the level of commitment and detail orientedness of the employees. They could have just told me my key was messed up and too bad for me but they worked with it and came up with a solution. They were super chill and nice about it. Also the price was great! Only $3.99 for a basic car key with no chip. I was just super impressed with their problem solving abilities and superior customer service!”
