“The greatest gym I have ever been to! Staff is always friendly and courteous. Equipment is always clean. They are always trying to keep the weights organized. Members of the gym are friendly, but also respectful of your workout. Not enough good things to say about it”

“Zac is awesome and motivating. He really pushes me to push myself all while still keeping it fun. He can instantly modify any work out to work around any individual. My friend and I have been going for a little over 2 months now and am happy with my results.”

“This is a nice facility, for what it is. The reason for the 4 stars is a few things. The restrooms are a mess, I've been in outhouses that are built nicer and kept up better.Second, there's not much room for the fans on the side. It's extremely cold, so dress warm if you intend on watching a game. I understand for the athletes the cold temps won't matter much, but even for most athletes it's a bit cold. There are huge ceiling fans over the field to keep the athletes cool if needed.Don't skimp on the heating bill and actually heat the darn place up. It literally feels like you're sitting in a jail with the concrete etc. (I worked at one for many years.) The place could have been built better and actually have built in plastic seats that are not concrete.Turn heat on and clean the facilities and you will get a 5 star.”

“Extremely clean, with endless possibilities for kids to play. I love the adult sitting areas. It is higher priced but I'm happy to pay it for the cleanliness and amenities there.”

“Love to work out here. It's got plenty of treadmills as well as couple stair steppers, ellipticals have a section for dumbbells, squat racks and a lot of leg press machines, and a tanning bed they also hold a few classes....Just have to ask the manager about the classes ?”

“The place is nice and clean. The water is warm and there is a Hot tub. The water in the pool doesn’t go very deep (only 4 1/2 ft) so not great for diving but other than that it’s great.”

“I have been going to this gym now for a year. I never really liked the idea of a gym membership as I am more of an outside fellow (riding mountain and road bikes, hiking, rock climbing, etc.) That would usually mean I was a lazy arse during the winter, though. Last year, my 13 year old started riding for the Nebo Goats mountain biking team and my wife and I signed up to be low level coaches. That meant I had to be actually be in some reasonable shape before the summer! The first team ride is a 4 hour session at Forebay (super amazing and fun, by the way) and I needed more than a few rides in my rear before this. So last January, I signed up and started joining my wife for workouts. Mainly it has been the bikes in the spin room and some weights. The massage tables are an amazing feature. I really like that they keep the spin room open outside of class times. Ogden doesn't and it's lame. The staff has always been helpful (they let me borrow a wrench once to adjust the saddle angle on a bike) and when we do the occasional spin class, the coaches are super enthused! The only drawback is that I can charge energy drinks to my monthly account fee and that doesn't get abused at all... I have only been to two other VASAs (Ogden and Orem) and this one seems to be the best. (Ogden is mildly janky and in need of some new gear; Orem just seems a bit too hardcore for my taste.)”
