We do need to be aware of corporate culture, pushing uniformed vendors to the point of ridiculousness. ? ? on the soda brands.”
“Small town grocer appeal. Great selection and service. We love coming to this popular grocery store. It has all the selection of any of the big box stores but it also has that personal touch that we tend to be losing generally in our communities. Please come check it out. Interact with the staff. You'll probably walk away with a new friend.”
“Very personal. The employees get to know you and greet you as you enter.They have one of the best pharmacies I've gone to. They take the time to educate you. Once again they get to know you personally, and are interested in your entire well being.”

“Shout out to Kiwi!! She is on point, she is professional, kind, fast, positive and super observant. She noticed one of my groceries had a broken seal on top and waited patiently while I got new ones to replace it with. When I came back all my groceries were loaded in the cart and bagged. “Delicious authentic Mexican food. Includes a wide variety of seafood. Food is great, portions are huge and service was amazing. We had the carne asada plate and the seafood platter.The street in front is torn up but they are still open and busy. It includes a mini market with meats and groceries.”

“I shop at this store all the time in fact I've moved to Santaquin and still come north to Springville for my Smiths shopp even tho there is a Smiths in Payson. Today (2/19/2023) we were in the self check out lines and Leila (I hope I spelled her name right) was a super sweet helpful employee when we were having issue with barcodes on a couple things. On top of that she was super funny. I personally think she needs a raise and probably a management role with a great attitude like that!!! So I want to tell her thank you and I look forward to my next interaction with you/her!!!Best Regards Tim J”

“Great customer service and employees. Large selection of groceries and other things, incl. a pharmacy and meds/vitamins. The prices aren't quite as good as Walmart, but are fairly competitive, esp. if you use their points card and digital coupons app. The parking lot is big, but often crowded during peak hours.”
“I was shopping Saturday night and the store was bustling with workers unloading and reshelving. First, I asked for help from Dylan and he stopped what he was doing to find an item for me. Then, in the cookie aisle I obviously looked confused so Hector asked me if I needed help. Hector helped me locate the item on the top waiting to be shelved. The guy was so friendly and helpful! Please keep up the great hiring! I hope Dylan and Hector receive the recognition they deserve!”
“We love the people at smiths. Smiths itself is spendy. There was a Polynesian guy with curly hair that helped us out at the self checkout and he was THEE best! I didn't catch his name but we were laughing and having a good time with him. He is an invaluable asset to your team.”
“The staff a the Spanish Fork Neighborhood Pharmacy is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They are happy to help me find the best price for my prescriptions. The pharmacist here gives me my vaccinations, too. I’ve been to other pharmacies where I get the run around, but that doesn’t happen here. This is my favorite pharmacy by far.”
“The only issue I have with Walmart is that the only location that has the carseat carts is the Payson one but they also make you have to walk all the way around the building to get one and as a single parent possibly having multiple children we shouldn't have to walk around the building to get a specific cart they need to have then inside the building where the carts generally are.”
“I order my groceries online, pay for them online, and then go pick them up from here. I bring my own bags, but the attendant packs them for me. It's great because I just wait in the car until they finish putting them in the trunk or back seats, where ever you want them to go. Each time I frequent this Walmart the attendants are very friendly and easy going.”
“The lady at the cheese counter is so friendly. Great variety in cheeses. Bakery has lots of pastry options as well as fresh bread. Plenty of parking. The produce looks great. Very clean store.”

“These guys are a great local community contributor, they donate food to a local food pantry, and I also like that they give there employees Sunday off showing the community that family time matters.Prices can be of issue but it not bad... Just price check is all I'm sayin.”
