I didn’t catch her name so I feel awful for that, but I just picked up my baby chicks and the woman that helped me was awesome! She was quick and friendly, I had my two little kids with me so she helped me to my car. Amazing service!

Don't appreciate how my mail carrier thinks they are entitled to slice open my packages and damaging my items in the process. So warning to all we have a usps employee that thinks they can do this as well as steal. Keep your eye's out. Glad I have a camera where they can't see it. I live in a mobile home park and for some reason this person thinks no one has cameras inside their mailbox.

I've never had any problems at the Roy post office. They are always courteous and helpful and even if there is a lot of customers they keep everything going smoothly.

I’ve had all the packages I’ve ordered come thrown in front of my garage ( I live in a townhome residence) so easily stolen even though 6 feet away from my garage is a mail box big enough for any package WITH a key to open it in the lock. Its rude and unprofessional to easily have packages stolen by tossing them out in front of my house when I have a front door AND a mail box. I’ve had my mail sit out for days because sometimes they throw it in the corner of the outside of my garage I get it and it’s dirty packaging sometimes crushed. Luckily I haven’t ordered anything but clothes so nothing got broken or damaged.

the past TWO packages I’ve ordered have said delivered but they are NO WHERE to be found around my apartment or mailboxes. I can’t get ahold of them ever.

I don't know what is going on lately, they have lost 3 packages in the last four weeks on me, one was returned to me by someone who received the packages wrongly.
