Things are clean and the on site manager comes out and greets everyone who pulls in.

The facility manager Bud is a great guy & super friendly. I live around 35 miles away from the unit & thought about moving to a closer facility but the friendliness is great & the prices are pretty good so I've stayed. It's out of their control but traffic getting there could be better.
