The gentleman working were nice and welcoming. They could not fulfill my need, but that is only because T-Mobile does not offer what I was asking for. They did their very best to help me. Thank you for that.

both times i went here it was just awful. i came in to return a wi-fi device and get a new screen protector. it took him 20 minutes just to print out a receipt and tell me we have to do it through the customer service phone line. weird but okay. then i tried to get a screen protector and they said he isn't allowed to put it on my type of phone but didn't explain why?? super lack of customer service skills and seemed like they did not know what they are doing.. go elsewhere. the one in syracuse is awesome.

I've had a few issues with my S9+ over time and bringing it in to Eddie & Co. the situation has always been resolved. Great service!

I had excellent customer service yesterday from an associate who I think was named Elissa. She was so helpful and friendly. I really appreciate her helping me set up my new phone.

Angie was terrible she wouldn't let me say anything, very rude to me and was belittling to her co- workers. It was very frustrating. The person who actually helped me did a wonderful job and got me in and out quick

Was there at the Roy location.. both employee's were very knowledgeable ... they had and upset customer and a language barrier impeding their customer service. They renained calm the the little Vietnamese men left satisfied... A Dude named Eddie assisted me. His customer service was above and beyond what I'm use to...give that man a raise lol ?

Awesome staff I still only gave three stars due to the encounter before my recent one I still paid for a phone I didn't want long story short the day I was looking I changed my mind wile doing the transaction they could reverse the card payment told me to come back the next to kept my phone and sent me with there's when I arrived the next day for my phone and the return I found out my old phone had bin sent out even after I was promised it would be fine I had irreplaceable pics on the phone cause since I didn't want it the data transfer was never done I was theb promised they would credit my bill never did so I won't give this location 5 stars that goes to the Clinton store but the last one I was helps quickly and friendly

I’m so glad I came to this location! I went to three other places and they couldn’t help me for various different reasons. Kenzy helped me out so much, she finished my phone swap in 20 minutes or less. Yakira and Angie were a huge help on my decision making and Arturo and Matt were all trying to help find a solution to an uncommon situation, not to mention the great banter while we were waiting. Nobody tried to upsell me or take me through a maze of confusing promo options. I got exactly what I was looking for and it was super easy! These people are awesome!

Had a payment arrangement on my account. Went in store to pay. T-Mobile still took money out of my account. When I was told it would not pull. Any other store I've been to made things right. The Roy store did not! There always so egar for a sale. But when it comes to something like a simple thing like paying on your bill. You get treated like your wasting there time. This isn't the first encounter with this store. They defently need training on there skills. Both times i've been in the store. It has made me want to leave T-mobile. Why have a store. When there no help at all! ?
