I had the worst service by “Ashley”
My hair was almost to my waist and I ask for it to be cut about 3-4 inches below my shoulders which was already cutting way too much off and I even showed her pointing with my hand to where I wanted it cut.
She starts to cut the back and never did she asked or double checked again how much to cut before cutting until she came to the side and I noticed it was WAY much shorter than I had asked for. She cut it to my collar bone length, which is MUCH MORE shorter than what I said. NEVER did she apologized or said anything else about her mistake as she finished cutting the other side I had to asked for her to trim my bangs because she was so ready to be done.
I have been coming here for the past 5 years and have had many different people cut my hair all have done a good job until today.

Highly recommend getting your hair cut by Kaylee! Me and my family have been getting our hair cut by Kaylee for a while now and she’s so patient with our kids when they’re wiggling around while she’s trying to cut their hair. 10/10 experience!

I have soooooo much hair to the point where I feel bad getting it dyed because it takes FOREVER. Kaylee was patient, kind & just gave the best vibes like always. I wasn’t expecting her to dry and style my hair at the end of it because I think she was already at it for about 4 hours but she still came through. Thank you lady
