My spouse went to cancel his membership over a year ago. They never cancelled and we never noticed due to automatic withdraws. If they said it was cancelled and never was, it is not right.

Owner reached out to me and then basically told me that my vehicle was dirty because the car wash wasn't meant for hatch back vehicles. If that's the case, then why did your worker push so hard to upsell me and when I asked for the cheapest wash, STILL overcharge me.
Doesn't make sense.
Still unsatisfied.

One of the workers named Jacob in Roy Utah was super helpful. I accidentally sucked my clip on glasses in the suction hose and he was able to get them out for me. He deserves recognition for being a great worker.?
