Tagg-n-go broke off my gas filler door! I've never had any trouble with automatic car washes in my Volvo wagon, but Tagg-n-go brushes tore the filler door right off the hinge assembly. They were able to retrieve the door, but it was very scratched up. I can't recommend using this car wash. Pricing for a basic car wash ($15) is pretty high too. I won't be taking any of my cars here.

3 times I have been there recently and they have been OUT of drying towels.Update as of December 23:Had some damage show up after some washes and filed an incident just to be met with they will not cover and the fact that they were trying to state that this damage was previously done and looked as if we repaired it... The manager tried to state this when I assured her that was NOT the case and what she may have been seeing is the primer or undercoat on my SUV. We take very good care of our vehicles, NEEDLESS TO SAY I canceled our pass after more than a few years with this company, and And WILL not refer anyone every again as they do not stand by their word that It is 100% safe.. car was NOT damaged before going here. such a disappointment, so DO not go here.

Fantastic experience all around! Upon arrival, a friendly employee assisted with the kiosk to purchase the car wash, a smooth flow of traffic led to the entrance, 2 hard workers sprayed and pre-scrubbed the vehicle, I was guided onto a track for an exciting experience through the moving conveyor where the automatic touch car wash made my car sparkling, with fun neon lights along the way. Afterwards, I cleaned out the interior. They offer separate vacuums for floor and seat/small crevices which have powerful suction. They even have clean rags to use! My car is sparkling, and I love it! It may have just been for today, but I was even given a free dash wipe and air freshener! High quality, top-notch customer service, clean and great equipment. I will be back soon! Thank you for going above and beyond for your customers!

Finally!!!! A car wash that ACTUALLY has microfiber towels you can use!!! And windex?! Woot. Vacuums work realllllly well, and I love the little air gun to get dust and debris off of all the nooks and crannies in my car. And they give you a really big cleaning wipe for the inside of your vehicle! I’ll be back. It’s “hidden” right behind Burger Bar (West side).

Coming from some really well run locations in St George, it was nice to use my TNG membership out of town, but I was really disappointed that there was not a single clean microfiber towel available to use in any of the 12 cleaning stalls out back. I especially needed them as this location didn’t blow water off my car as well as other locations.

Great experience here.WAY better than the other local carwash I'd go to.Came for the first time after getting a card from my local dealership. The shift manager (I believe) was so nice.When he said he was confident I'd return, he was not wrong.

Great car wash! Plenty of rags to wipe down with. I locked my keys in my car (along with my phone) and (I believe his name was Ryan) said he could help! He said he worked for AAA and he knew how to help. A few minutes later I got my keys! Such friendly staff. I appreciate what he did for me. Will definitely be coming back for my car and my husband’s car.
