My son's radiator cracked and we needed it fixed as soon as possible. I called around with no luck then called Kirks. They had a cancelation and was able to get it in that day. With anything dealing with parts the first one wasn't right so they ordered the other and worked their magic to get it in as fast as possible. We were only out the car two days. The people here are super friendly and prices were fair. I now have found a mechanic to take my cars too. Thank you guys for being just amazing .

Stay Away! These guys are crooks. They towed my car only a few miles (which was without my consent) and then charged me nearly $400.00 to get my own property back!

I needed my 100,000 mile timing belts and water pump replacement, and full tune up, for my 2013 Honda Ridgeline. I brought it in on a Thursday morning, the work was completed Friday afternoon. His crew did above and beyond, they found a defective motor mount, which they replaced. They were over $1300 less than the local Honda service dealer. I recommend Kirk's Auto to everyone.

Customer service was absolutely terrible. The dude acted entitled to being able to tow my vehicle like he was God or something, and he did me a favor, straight trash, and absolutely unprofessional.

This shop did regular maintenance for the intoxalock device. They were really professional and quick to install, no problems every 60-day for maintenance, and required no appointment for this. Install and removal no problems what so ever. We switched this to this company and Kirk's car care, and they were awesome through the entire process! The friendly dog was a plus also!

This should actually be no rating at all. I'm just trying to be nice to the public. Steer clear of these crooks. Warning!!! I took my vehicle to them in a desperate situation. They installed a device. According to the real mechanic that removed the device. It was installed completely wrong. The provided instructions from the company for installation wasn't even followed. They hacked into my wiring harness to hook into my starter. This may void my warrant?? I even had to pay for this service and wait 2 hrs after they told before my vehicle was done. Good job guys!! Beware!! I do have pictures of their professional work.
