Nice location I'll start with the teller they have one teller working inside and outside so you could be standing there for a few they have bankers working in cubicles some of them not all lack personality for a small Bank they lack that hometown feel being friendly knowing your customers a little bit better.

Received a text stating a fraud alert, asking if I was aware of the transaction. I wasn't aware and replied no, and in seconds received a phone call from bank personel, who quickly blocked the card and transaction and had me a new card on the way quickly. Glad to have these guys looking out for me, "the little guy" with a simple personal account. Thanks key!

Honestly this is one of the worst banks ive ever had. I dont get access to my money whenever i want or need. I almost missed my car payment cause of this garbage. Then when you actually have fraud activity on your account they refund you to take it away 2 months later when you thought the situation was all taken care of then you cant get ahold of anyone other than a robot to help you with the money they just took from you. Often cant even access my account information online cause the app is under maintenance, dont even get me started with their in person customer service. "We are only here for one thing, you." yet you got most of your guys trained to stare at the ceiling while one guy takes care of everyone else. Do yourself a favor and go to wells fargo americas first or bank of america cause these are much better than key any day. Wouldnt it be crazy if after this review i finally get taken care of by a worker in keybank?

UPDATE: We were contacted by Jeremy Hill and with support from his manager, Saul Aguirre, they were able to resolve the issues and finally close on our second mortgage.I thought about deleting this negative review since our issue has now been successfully resolved to our satisfaction, but I am always glad to read reviews where the company takes responsibility for their mistakes, works to correct them, and is able to make the customer happy through this effort.I feel satisfied with the outcome of our second mortgage and want to commend Jeremy Hill for continuing to work to resolve the issues. I also want to commend Saul Aguirre, Area Retail Leader, for helping Jeremy get the approval needed to complete the loan.Finally, thank you Key Bank social media representatives for not deleting or ignoring your customer's issues, but instead helping them be resolved. You helped retain a customer with your efforts.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Jeremy Hill totally botched our second mortgage. His unprofessional mismanagement wasted SIX MONTHS of our time. We are stellar customers with credit ratings in high 800’s, and no credit worthy issues. Every problem of this nightmare experience was Key Bank’s issue - from inputting a birthdate wrong (resulting in incorrect loan denial) to not ordering an appraisal for over 2 months, to not being able to deliver on the promised interest rate. Every time Jeremy promised he would “fix” it, but he was just stringing us along. Save yourself lots of heartache. Take your business to a professional. Somewhere far away from Key Bank and Jeremy Hill.

Charging 7.50$ to cash a 40$ check (that was issued from key bank no less) is kind of a rip off. At lest the staff was friendly while doing so i guess :(

Happy satisfied customers build a business! KeyBank branch Manager Jason is customer service personified. I cannot remember how many times Jason has helped me with all the questions and processes involved with tending to the financial duties with my late Mother's estate. I have nothing but praise and accolades for the way our entire family has been treated by Jason. I now have several accounts at his KeyBank branch because of the personal relationship that has developed over many years. I truly remain "A happy satisfied customer".

The branch manager Jason and his staff lied to our company multiple times, held a check longer than needed when the funds were cleared from the sending bank three business days prior… They destroyed a major multi million dollar transaction and if you deal with this branch or any KeyBank in Utah I would run! They are immoral, unethical, and plain dirty!!!
