A very knowledgeable and personable gentleman named Sam helped us answer multiple questions we had about iPhone upgrades, plan details and simply what would be best for us short, and long term. I've been with T-Mobile for almost a decade now. I've had experiences ranging from mediocre to great over the years, but this one was by far the best! Thanks again Sam! As long as you are employed there, you will be our "go to" for certain.”

“I went into the Syracuse store to upgrade my phone. Kolby (hope I spelled it correctly) Johnson assisted me. I couldn't have asked for better service. Kolby not only helped with my new phone, he also noticed that my plan was not the best plan fir our family. I left the store with minimal expense and a new, lower plan. He was exceptional!”

“Mayra Hernandez changed my opinion of Xfinity with in 30 seconds of speaking with her. She was unlike other Xfinity employee that I have worked with. I'm an old guy and speaking Xfinity tech isn't my thing. Mayra heard what I was saying and didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing the Xfinity policies and tech they offer. If you are old my recommendation is to ask for Mayra to assist you. My only hope is that Xfinity pays her what she is worth so she stays. I look forward to meeting her again in the future.”

“I wanted to transfer my old number to my new Xfinity phone. While working with an online agent, they made me aware of a promotion I could take advantage of to get a better phone. Thinking they were mistaken, I went to the Xfinity store the following day to inquire about it. Sure enough, the agent was correct. Simon asked me questions to understand what I needed and quickly went to work to get me the upgrade, transfer my number, and make sure everything was good to go. I was prepared for a process full of hassle and headache, but it ended up being one of the most positive customer service experiences I've had. All of the employees were polite and ready to help.”
