DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. TAKES 6 MONTHS TO PAY OFF A TRADE IN CAR WITH LITTLE TO NO UPDATES.
I have had a terrible experience and would've bought a car from somewhere else had I known this would have happened. I bought this car in April 2023 and as of October 26th 2023 the car I traded in has not been paid off. They've written me checks to make the payments so I'm not the one paying it off but I still have not had the car paid off. I keep getting told it will happen soon and it hasn't yet. I also find it frustrating that the car I still am responsible for is also sitting out front waiting to be sold. I am frustrated beyond belief and will not ever return.
They only sent a check to pay off my trade in when I mentioned I would be taking legal action and the check bounced leaving me with a returned check fee and and still owing 5.2k
